Hate the place. I was there recently on a sunday, the lady told me i was next and had one of the girls start fixing my nails. then another customer came in for a pedi and i was told another girl would take over and that girl went to do the other customer's pedicure. so i was left alone for over 20 mins. when the girl that i was waiting for was done, she took another customer and no one even told her i was waiting for her. they ignore you and didn't even pay attention. i dont know if its because i was not caucasian. anyways i would not recommend this place to anyone, i ended up walking out and they didnt even say anything..Horrible..
Consistently Good Service at Fair Prices.
I am a regular customer at CoCo nails and have always had a positive experience. I would rate their prices as fair and comparable to most other Staten Island places. A mani/pedi is $31 but well worth it. I do not have "regular" girl at the salon because everyone I have tried there has been equally as good. The girls are friendly and take their time doing your nails. Pedicure includes a scrub and the massages are always a decent length of time. My nails always look great and the manicures last. I got one manicure that lasted almost 2 weeks before it started chipping!
The place is VERY clean and they also have a very big selection of Essie and Opi colors to choose from.
I have gone in there 30 minutes before closing in need of a last minute mani/pedi and I was always taken with a smile. They did the mani/pedi at the same time and had me out of there in 30 minutes with beautiful looking nails.
Please note that they take credit cards for all services but the tips must be paid in cash so be sure to have some cash on you :)
