DO NOT use this florist. If I could give them zero stars I would. I called Buds & Baskets to order flowers for someone on Staten Island and asked them to fax me a receipt. They called me the next day because they wrote down the address wrong and I mentioned again about the receipt being faxed. Diana (who I believe is the manager but it is hard to tell because she keeps hanging up on me) told me she faxed it yesterday. When I mentioned I didn't receive it and asked her to refax she refused saying she is too busy. I asked again to refax and she said "no." When I said that I need the receipt or I will need to cancel the order Diana replied that she was fine with that and the order was canceled and then hung up. I tried to call back to confirm that she was actually canceling the order and no one picked up. I called another florist to order my arrangement and then Diana called back to verify my fax number. I told her she told me the order was cancelled so I don't need the receipt as I have ordered from someone else and she started yelling at me to give her my fax number so I hung up. A while later I tried the florist again hoping to get someone other than Diana. I asked to speak with a manager and someone picked up. When I asked her name she hung up on me.

They are the most unprofessional and rude establishment I have ever dealt with.

Absolute Freshest Flowers around!!!. They are always very helpful and friendly. Great selection and if the don't have what you need, will order for you! I would definitely use them again. Great Service wjth Quality Products - would definitely recommend!!!! Definitely 5 *s!! Give them a call!
