Drig delivery van. The driver of this van for this business, Wild Orchids, uses it to make drug runs in surrounding neighborhoods during business hours. Neighbors have been trying to clean up drug traffic like this for some time, and he has been spotted on numerous occasions. He is not delivering flowers and makes numerous visits to known addicts in the neighborhood, discussing drug deals out loud. I would never use this business as they are associated with disreputable characters like this.
