Poor Customer Service.
I have been a long time customer of this rent a center store, And the staff is a joke. Every time i call regarding a question or to place an order they never seem to answer the phone. Very unprofessional. The only time they want to get in touch with you its when your payment is due. overall i would not recommend this store to no one, the service is poor.
it is very shameful i have to pay all this money for this poor quality of service. I guess they have forgotten the client always comes first not second.
