I used Key Moving & Storage for my move last June and I've been meaning to write a review for months. I had an extremely positive experience with them. The movers that were sent arrived when expected, they were courteous, they were fast and they were careful with my belongings. I was very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone.

I had some time to plan out my move from Philly to Austin, so I spent that time trying to find a good deal with a company I felt I could trust. I wasn't finding the price I wanted and I felt the other companies I was talking to were allowing themselves a LOT of price padding the way they were sizing the load- really high weights, high volumes, etc. Always saying "oh well the day of it could be cheaper". I had my suspicions that anything would end up cheaper on those kinds of sliding scales.

My third in person estimate from Audi (sp?) was definitely a winner. I felt like it was a fair price and it was based on a list of inventory and not arbitrary weight/volume estimates. Taking off a few items resulted in a very nice price with Scott Coleman, who handled my move from the sales side. I might add that Scott was very courteous and personable throughout the process.

The night before the move, I realized that as far as my box count went I was going to have quite a few more boxes. Anxiety from other movers horror stories set in... how much was this going to affect my rate? I knew I was going to have to just hope for the best, as I had more stuff than my estimate. I found I had nothing to worry about a few days later when loading the truck for the long haul, I was charged a reasonable amount for the extra goods.

Now, my stuff did take a full 16 days to arrive. It was picked up the week before Thanksgiving so I think that had something to do with it, and likely they needed to find another load to the area to send it with. So, it was a little longer than I was hoping for but the final move in went very smoothly, so I'm definitely ok with it.

My move in guys really did a great job- there were extra stairs and a long carry and they got the job done very efficiently and were careful with my stuff. All in all I would use Key Movers again, and I definitely appreciate their help in my cross country move.

I am very happy to share with you about my experience with Key Moving. It was the best experience ever. Firstly, I had several quotes from several companies,but none of those could bit the quote from Sam and Denny (Key moving). Secondly, they were very polite and professional and they helped me in hard situation with moving my goods from NY to CA and than back to NY, because I withdrew from university in CA while my goods were on the way to CA. The packing crew were amazingly efficient and very-very professional. they helped us to move our furniture so they could organize and get some place for the boxes with my goods. Everything was packed nicely in blankets and wrapped and taped. I received all my fragile goods in great shape. Sam and Denny were very nice and kind, they called me several times to schedule and reschedule deliveries and made sure that I know exactly what is my balance, so there would be no surprise at the delivery time. they don't have any hidden fees!!!! You will pay the same amount as your quote (estimate) is. You will be not charged additionally for blakets, packing crew or each toll and each gallon of fuel!!!! There are companies which would do that to you!!!!

I appreciate deeply Key moving's professionalism, help and understanding of my situation. Key moving, thank you for your kindness and huge discount!

My next move will be with Key Moving ONLY!!!!! Thank you!!!!

The packing crew were efficient and very professional. Most impressive though was the delivery crew. Starting three days before my possessions were delivered, they began calling me with updates on where they were and when they thought they would arrive at my new address. It was so reassuring since my move was across country.

I would highly recommend Key Moving. Everyone was efficient and professional from beginning to end!

Awesome Job! Danny was incredible and attentive to all of our needs. We asked for a difficult move consisting of many stops and drop offs. The moving truck came on time and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Key Movers and would definitely use them again.

Apartment move in NJ- Fantastic!. We had a great experience with key moving. We had a move that came up last minute. We called on Thursday and they were able to fit us in the very next day. The movers showed up between the hours discussed, they were fast, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Our move was small, basically a one bedroom apartment move from Morris Plains NJ to West Caldwell NJ. The move took only 2 hours in total and nothing was damaged. They did not try to haggle us for more money. The men were very nice and friendly, Mario was the main guy who I highly recomend. Key Moving was fantastic and we will be using them for any future moves.

Xcellent Movers in NYC area. I've used Key Moving in the last week twice; once for a move from Upper West Side to Harlem, once for a move for Princeton to the same Harlem address. Both times I was very happy; the movers showed up on time (and for those thinking of their wallet) finished in time. They also carried a huge couch up six stairs, somehow finding a way of getting it around corners and through doorways I thought would be impossible to get past. In short, I highly recommend these people.

Moving from NCY to Europe - GREAT COMPANY. This is an excellent moving company and moving service. We organized moving 20 boxes of clothing, books and toys and some furniture from NYC to a major German city. The communications coming from the company were detailed, responsive, quick and helpful. The movers did a great job, did not do any damage, were on time and fast. The final price was exactly as proposed before. The travel time of the stuff on the boat over the atlantic was well within the projected time frame. The counterparts/partners of this service in Europe were also of outstanding quality and very responsive and well organized. All the stuff arrived in fine and undamaged conditions. The delivery crew was great and helpful and fast.

This is an excellent choice, this is a 100% reliable service, and the price was reasonable and competitive. If you move from NYC to Europe, you should hire this company.

EXCELLENT Moving Experience!!. Our Key Moving experience was truly OUTSTANDING!!

Excellent customer service from start to finish - Scott was professional, courteous & so helpful making us very comfortable with hiring KeyMoving!

On moving day (to a 3rd floor condo), the crew was phenomenal - professional, courteous & efficient - they worked hard & fast - handled our items with the utmost care & created a truly stress-free move for us!

It went better than we could ever have imagined! Entire move was completed in less time than anticipated making the total cost even less than the quote.

Previously, we moved ourselves thinking we’d save some money. Never again!! KeyMoving is very affordable & we would highly recommend them to anyone!

Best movers!. Scott in the office was awesome, I was extremely pleased with the customer service and emphasis on making this a friendly, easy experience.

Mario and his guys were great, quick and friendly and professional. They didn't hesitate to do whatever it took to get my items in and set-up.

This was my second move with the company and I would not hesitate to use them again.
