WP Walmart. If you're a car owner this Walmart isn't going to be an easy go-to-the-store trip. The parking garage for the Walmart in White Plains is a nightmare. The store alone is unorganized and congested. If I really wanted to go to a Walmart for something specific; I would make the extra trip to visit one in another town.
