Happy Customer. I just recently had any occasion to use the company when my Refrigerator stopped working. I was so happy with my service. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I was very happy with my service. I decided to write a good review. When I went on the computer I saw all these complaints. I don't know what happened, but I was very happy with my service.
Worst EVER...believe every bad review.
Over $400 to fix a fridge that cost maybe twice that. Didn't even bother cleaning off the back or closing it up, then I find out within a few hours that they didn't even fix the problem.
Emergency service? Not after 5pm on a Saturday, even when they failed to fix it in the 1st place 2 hours earlier. l'm still waiting for a return call, but I do not have high hopes based on all of the other responses. Even if they do redo the job correctly, I've now lost hundreds in ruined food, and they couldn't even perform a simple repair the 1st time. AVOID!!!

In this tough economy I wanted to fix my fridge and give the local guy a job instead of purchasing a new appliance made in Mexico. But after the experience I had with this company I will be hesitant to do this again. A technician showed up in my house and he had the easiest fix in the world but he refused the job because I asked for the 10% off as they advertised in their yellow pages, a discount I previously confirmed when making the appointment. The technician told me that I would not qualify for the discount and announced that the girl that made the appointment did not know what she was talking about, even though it clearly said I would get the 10% discount if I mention the yellow pages ad. After the guy took the back of my refrigerator he did not want to close it properly so at that point I just said to leave it the way it is and I would do it myself.
I could not believe what was happening here. I felt so cheated!!! The manager called a few minutes later and told me that the technician complained that I was difficult and he did not want this job because in the future I might call and complain too many times. I explained the 10% off and I told him this would be classified as false advertisement. The manager did not want to take any responsibility for what happened here.
I wish I read these reviews before I called them.
prices are bogus. not much to say, but they offered to match the same model I saw at Home Depot, and it turned out it was a lower end model for the same price. I cancelled it and they acted like I was a leper
A NEW LOW, AND I DON'T MEAN THEIR PRICES.
This is the first time I wrote one of these, and wish I checked the reviews before doing business with these guys. The manager is either a Psycho, or had a very bad childhood. No customer service after they serviced my washer. The service tech was ok, but when i asked for follow up service, they wanted to charge me again for a service charge. when I complained to the manager they just told me to f---- myself.
I was thinking this would be a good reality show.
Nightmare on appliance street. worlds worst customer service. you would think during these tought economic times they could at least pretend that they cared. Felt like I was being phone tapped!!!!
crazy service manager. The guy who runs the service is a crackpot and I can not understand why they are in business. They are just brokers and farm out their repairs. stay away!!!
Abusive service. After trying to get follow service on a repair we paid for the service manager became abusive, threatening, and anti-semetic.
Frightening experience. The company repaired my washing machine 3 months ago. The part broke again 14 days after the warranty expired. I told the owner I would have to contact the an organization in charge of business. He called me a "fuc#@$#@ cu#@%" . This is very scary behavior and I would never want a person like this in my home
