DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff is incompetent, rude, and argumentative. It's not worth the money you will save. I got married this past weekend and all my guests had problems from no blankets, water spots on the wall, to not having a crib. At one pt. a staff member told them that they should call the guests who had the crib if they were done with it. I came to greet some of my guests and asked if they could call them . The front desk person looked up their room number then told me to call them from the phone in the lobby. They threatened to cancel everybody's reservation bc of one of my guest. They changed prices and rules constantly. I have been dealing with corporate bc the manager refuses to answer calls, and the last time I asked for a manager I was told I couldn't be transferred. If you read any good reviews they are from the hotel staff themselves. But they wouldn't know what customer service was if if kicked them in their face.

Overcharged!. I rented a block of rooms in this hotel for a weekend event. I had to follow up multiple times throughout the process, and had to call twice to get them to email me a copy of the reciepts. I'm glad that I did, because they charged me for an extra night for one of the rooms, when I called to have the mistake corrected, the hotel manager would not help me, was rude, and blamed my guest for not checking out in person (although, we were told that it was enough to just leave the keys in the room.) I will never use this hotel again.

DO NOT STAY HERE--BEDBUGS. I stayed at La Quinta Queens in November, and was eaten alive by bedbugs. I had bites down my neck, arms, my hands, and even on my face. La Quinta did NOT care, and refused to refund my money. I have horrible photos to prove it. I even took it up with La Quinta Corporate, who also did not care. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
