Just overall not the best place for your pet. Way overpriced for the service you get and not the best work done. For what I paid for a grooming on a Maltese was ridiculous. Word to the wise go anywhere else.
Cons: way overpriced services

I had an interview at Kiki's Pet Hotel in Brooklyn. Prior to visiting their facility I took a look at their website and it looked to be a good daycare. BOY- How deceiving photos can be! As soon as I entered the stench of urine and feces was like a knock to the face. Then I was greeted by the ONLY individual working in the daycare for that day, who was not personable at all. She was wearing a low cut revealing tank top, and was just lounged out on the leather couch in their “retail” section. As I waited I couldn’t help but notice that a pug and a Shepherd mix dog running loose about the front of the facility. There was a small rusted gate in front of the doorway, which the Shepherd mix could easily jump over and run out as customers entered or left. Looking into the window to the “daycare” rooms, you can see how unsafe they were. There were about 15 dogs separated into three small gated areas unsupervised. One of the areas had feces all over the floor where the dogs were running about. The gates were also not fastened to the floor, so any little paw could easily get stuck beneath it, causing serious injury. I asked the employee what would happen if there was a fight to break out amongst the dogs while she was outside in the “retail” area. She answered very casually, “I’d run in, mace them or kick them to separate them.” After answering she walked back into the area where the pets were playing about, leaving me alone with the two pets in the front. If I were a person who was interested in kidnapping a pup, I could have easily done so, as she was too busy screaming at the dogs in the back area to notice. Deciding this is absolutely NOT the place for me, I let the employee know and left the facility. The location (across the street to factories), condition of daycare rooms, the lack of employees, lack of safety and overall cleanliness of the facility was an absolute outrage. As a pet lover, I truly beg you not to bring your pup to this facility.
Cons: Location, Odor, Poorly Built Facility, Lack of Safety, Lack of Staff, Procedures
