i moved with High Touch moving systems after the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. I am very greatful to this company for all they have done. Not only was my home without power however there were alot of flooding.

The guys arranged to come to my location at 8 am and they were there 10 minutes before. I felt so bad that they had to work under these cirmcumstances but they did a great job.

They helped me safe alot of my sentimental items and for that I will be forever indeaded to this company.

I wish you many years of sucess and if I ever need to move again I will call you.

My move through High Touch Moving was a complete nightmare for me.

I was very specific and detailed in providing my move details to the salesperson - including delivery to San Francisco and being up 3 flights of stairs.

I asked several times if there were additional charges for delivery in SF, and was told no...until the delivery guy called me the day before and told me I would have to pay an additional $350 "Shuttle Fee". Since it was not his fault - I agreed to pay and deal with High Touch moving later to get refunded.

This was the just the beginning of the frustration I encountered during this move with High Touch Moving...

The movers were supposed to come to my house at noon, with a call 30 minutes before. At 12:45 I called them and was told that they would not be there until 5 or 6 PM. This was incredibly frustrating since I had planned my day around the move, and had work that night that I needed to cancel at the last minute.

When the movers finally arrived, they took one look at my place and rolled their eyes and started to complain about the stairs leading up to the unit. They were incredibly rude and insulting. I was very clear in all my exchanges with High Touch that my unit was up three flights of stairs and on all the quotes I received from Sean - this was included. I do not understand why this message never made it to the movers...they told me that they had been moving all day and were not sure if they could even do this move because they were so tired. I was also told that I would need to pay an ADDITIONAL $150 for the stairs. This was included in all my quotes and upfront payment through Sean. I paid them the money they asked for in order to get them to start moving my boxes. They also made a comment that I have a nice house and can afford it! This was unbelievable to me.

This morning, I found out that they left all the boxes and packing supplies on the street. The garbage company will not pick this up - I have no idea what to do with it, and why they did not remove it themselves. What should I do??

I have taken several pictures of the damage done to my house - 2 holes were punctured in the walls and scratches up and down all the walls. In addition to the damage done to the actual furniture itself - cracks, scratches, etc. I have photos. The movers told me that some of my furniture was too big and that I was lucky they didn't just leave it in my garage...which is how they explained the damage to my house.

They wouldn't let me count the boxes - I am worried whether I have all of my boxes, but need to finish unpacking before I am certain if anything is missing. They actually brought in a rug from someone else's delivery and thought it was mine!

This was a terrible experience, beginning to end and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am thankful to the sales person for offering me such a great deal and for arranging a perfect move for me. When I called High Touch Moving I talked with them about the move. I had a very tight budget. That is why I had enough doubts about the quality of their service. But they have showed that they are real professionals. Movers were simply in complete control over the move. They did nothing less than 100%. I appreciate their commitment and professionalism. This is a very good company. I strongly recommend them.

When I hired them all I was praying is to have a moderate move but these movers made sure that I am getting the best move of my life. If I compare their service and price with any other movers then I have to ahead that they are far ahead than the others. They have adopted all the tricks of a successful move and they are always willing to give their 100%. I am very satisfied with their extraordinary service and I want others to experience the same. So, I am recommending this company.

High Touch Moving is a very good company. I used them recently and got a very affordable and timely move by their movers. I liked their wide range of options to choose offered by their sales team and I do feel that they charge quite reasonable and from my own experience I can say that they do deliver one of the best possible services. I am very happy with High Touch Moving.

I strongly recommend High Touch Moving because of their fantastic service and very affordable price. I used them recently for my 2 bed room apartment move. they were simply terrific. Everything was moved perfectly and without any hiccups. They maintained the deadline and met all my requirements and charged a reasonable amount. I am very impressed and I am sure that I will be using them again.

I strongly recommend High Touch Moving. They provided a marvelous service. We didn’t have to do a thing. They did everything for us, which was absolutely perfect. If you want a trustworthy and very good mover, High Touch Moving should be your choice.

Magnificent! Truly High Touch Moving is the best mover. They really handled my move very well. They were polite, decent, well trained and efficient. They moved all my things with proper care.
