The best salon ever. My friend had recommended this spa about a year ago since then i can't think of going anywhere else. All the girls working there treat you like if you were a part of there family which for me this is number one. The second thing that is important as well is that I feel like a million dollar every time I come out of there. I highly recommend for all of the ladies out there to give Rashachy a try.

BEST SERVICE!!!!BEST HIGHLIGHTS I EVER HAD. I HAVE BEEN A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT THIS SALON FOR ALMOST 5 YEARS! I TRIED OTHER PLACES AS WELL BUT THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE WHERE I AM REALLY SATISFIED AFTER. I CONTINUOUSLY GET STOPPED AND ASKED WHO DOES MY HIGHLIGHTS AND CUTS MY HAIR. SHAHINA DOES UNBELIEVABLE MAKE-UP AND UPDOS. THE PRICES ARE UNBEATABLE AND THEY HAVE THE BEST SPECIALS. THEY ARE GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO AND SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL! I LOVE THIS PLACE.CALL THEIR AWESOME RECEPTIONIST MARY AND ASK HER FOR THE WEEKLY SPECIALS.:)

FINDING A HOME AT A HAIR SALON. OH MY GOD!! i love rachachy. The people that work there are amazing and so lovely to look at. They are very professional and give you top of the line service. I think the boss are so welcoming and treat every customer like family. Whether they are offering you coffee or snacks or even giving you a discount they make you feel at home.

The Customer is always wrong and You can NEVER pay too much. By far - this has got to be the worst customer service i have ever received. This salon charges Park Avenue Prices in Queens. i have been going for some time despite the fact that I feel this way. Mostly it had to do with convenience, they're right up the street from me. but finally i've had enough.

i have been going there since the shop opened and was first subjected to a 25% increase on a service and then have repeatedly been made to feel that i am keeping them from getting home when i go for my standing appointment on wednesday night at 6:00 p.m. i have been subjected to the owners closing the shop around me and their failure to even pretend that i am not keeping them from being somewhere other than in their shop servicing their loyal customers.

when i expressed my dissatisfaction of their treatment i was banned from having the appointment that has been mine for over a year. They are "trying to make it easier for me" i was told.

my advise? Spend your money someplace where your loyalty and customer service mean something.

Geat place.... Amazing Hair Stylist!!!!. I went to the place after my friend recommended me to go there. Ever since then I've been a customer of Rashachy Beauty Salon for many years, and since day one I knew I found the place I was looking for awhile. Other than being a beautiful salon, decorated with a very fine and high class taste with an ambiance of a exclusive relaxing spa, something you can not find everywhere. Rashachy owners and personal always make me feel very welcomed with a warm smile and hugs, they always make me feel so comfortable which I never felt in any other salon I went before. I always feel pampered like a princess. I love this place so much, that I always look forward to going there, because I feel so much at ease to let them take care of me. Every time I walk into Rashachy, I feel like I've been in the program of extreme makeover, as the work they do is amazing. Rashachy has some of the best hairdressers I've ever known. They are highly artistic, creative and loves their profession. I always thought I had bad hair, but for the last years that I started going there, I have discovered that with the right hair cut and color, anyone could look like a movie star, and that's what I get at Rashachy Beauty Salon. I drive from Long Island to go there, and I've met people from New Jersey, who also choose to drive there to get the results they want. I love this place. I recommend this place for everyone.

Overwhelming Prices - Underwhelming Service. Rashachy is lovely to look at -- That's about it. After having visited there once or twice you will quickly learn all they are interested in is turning a buck. Most of their Receptionists are rude and incompetent. Their prices belong in Manhattan and the appointments are never on time. Hair cuts range from $47 - $52. their manicures and pedicures on not much cheaper. And once they have a nice client base, they raise the prices. Believe me there is nothing spectacular about this place that warrants the Manhattan prices. Save your pennies and find another, more customer oriented salon.
