Best Customer Service. These people go out of their way to be helpful. They know you by name, they call with reminders to renew, they deal with your docs and insurance companies with real skill. A 5 star rating for sure. Give the chain pharmacies and their coldness and long lines a rest and go to the corner of Austin and 67th Ave.

Great Individual Care, The Pharmacist knows your name and Cares about You!!. Austin Pharmacy is a privately run pharmacy that proves the small guy always gives superior customer service as compared to the national chains. Walking into Austin Pharmacy is a pleasure, they are well stocked, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile, and mean mile to do right by their customers. What a pleasure it is not having to remember to refil my prescriptions, because I know the same time each month I will get a phone call telling me my scripts are ready and has anything changed this month that we should be aware of at this time. They deliver if needed, which I can't say for CVS and the staff is so nice I feel like they have become my friends. I must say they are the best pharmacy I have ever used and I would recommend that everyone give them a try at least once to see the difference between the small guy, who really cares and the giants, who care about only money and overcoming the turnover of pharmacists that keep them from ever knowing your name or anything about you without looking at a information sheet on the computer..
