Never order food/ delivery. Terrible experience.. The green tea ice cream seems FAKE. Something wrong with the taste ... very bitter (funny taste) instead of sweet. I couldn't eat after one or two bites. My tongue got green color. I got stomachache right after that!! ( I normally like green tea ice cream in other places.) Besides, the person who took orders was rude. Also, it took almost one hour for the delivery. Overall, it was terrible. I will NEVER use this restaurant and wouldn't recommend. Don't eat from this place for your sake.

frozen solid sashimi- do not eat here. Just tonight we decided to try Mado again because we wanted a quick delivery. We had ate here a few times because it was close to home with reasonable prices, but it was never great. We had recently switched to Tomo because their sushi is much better, but because it is further away takes a long ime to deliver. Anyway, we got our food, and 3 pieces of my sashimi combo were frozen. I mean solid! When I called to complain, the girl who answered the phone was unapologetic. She spoke with someone in the background and said "oh, but it was only one type of fish that was frozen not the rest." So they KNEW it was frozen yet sent it anyway, instead of calling back and offering a replacement. Then she proceeded to put me on hold 3 times. I hung up and called back, I asked them to pick up my order and give me a refund. She said again "but it was only one of the fish the rest is ok." I told her that it ruined my appetite and it was not ok. I hung up and threw out the whole meal. They called back about 1/2 hour later, asking if I was dropping the food back off to them- no I said I threw it out. I told her that it was unprofessional and unacceptable not only that they sent it frozen, but how they handled the situation. She said she spoke with the chef and sometimes they make mistakes. Well as far as I am concerned this is not the type of mistake a restaurant can afford to make. A wrong order, not sending something -maybe- but NOT frozen food, that you KNOW is frozen. BOTTOM LINE_ DO NOT EAT HERE. you do not know what type of sushi you are getting.
