This woman-friendly steakhouse in the heart of the old meatpacking district may be too chi-chi for some, but it's hard to argue with the quality of the steak -- which, really, is what matters at any steakhouse.

Mmm, Mmm...!. If you're a steak lover, you must check this place out! The meat is cooked to perfection. You order medium-well, they bring you medium-well. You order rare-medium, they bring you rare-medium. You..., you get the point. 5 stars by default. I wish you could rate them higher.

Nothing worth writing home about. I read the reviews before going and they seemed split. 50/50 with loving it and not loving it. I am a foodie and eat in all types of places from DDD's to 5 star restaurants all over the country. This place is pedestrian as one person mentioned in their review. The atmosphere is a bit loud but if that's what you want it's good. The food is just average and frankly I wouldn't pay top dollar for average food.

Great food great drinks. This place was very good. The ambiance is really cool for a steak place. The food was great but the drinks were even better. I really enjoyed it here. We were here for my and my husbands 30th anniversary and I couldn't have asked for more. The waiter was great and it really made our night spectacular.

Good place to start a birthday!. We booked a night out in NYC through thebirthdaybroker and they started us off here- great spot, located right in meatpacking, and the filled with great looking people. we ended up staying in the area partying, but definitely a good recommendation!

Swanky Steakhouse!. I came here with a few girlfriends for a nice night out, and STK totally delivered. We split a few appetizers, an entree, and sides. We absolutely loved the crab salad, the shrimp rice krispies, beef short ribs, and the mac and cheese. We were stuffed, and so happy with everything. The service is great, and the decor is swanky. This place is great for a birthday, anniversary, or anytime you want to treat yourself!

GREAT FOOD!. My boyfriend and I ate there for our anniversary..and it was excellent we plan on going every year from the bread to the steaks and the dessert was to die for. if you get there early its even better.

Great Location!!! Great experience.. The restaurant has such an amazing hip nightlife atmosphere. You are not sure if you are having dinner or are at a club. The big bouncer outside the door definatly gives off that impression but I loved it. The food was incredible, if you go definatly have the parmesan truffle fries (amazing) & the drinks were great (not watered down like in some places). The service was good and overall 5 in my book.
