RIPOFF. I needed them to come snake my toilet, and $49.99 seemed to be a good deal to me. The guy comes and tells me it is going to cost $200, not $50 or $60 tops I was hoping for. It seems that this is a $49.99 service charge,plus the cost of them actually doing something. Plus, this guy had an attitude as if he was doing it for free or something, I just wanted him to come and do his job. For $200, I can use a different plumber who is not so difficult to work with...or has such a dishonest company name

bad company, bad service. bait and switch! When the guy showed up, he said it would cost more than the $49.99. $200.00 to be exact.

Best service, fast and reliable. These guys are the best. I called them at around 11pm on saturday night and their tech was at my house in about 35 minutes. My whole basement was flooded. He opened the trap and snaked the main sewer lines. As soon as he cleared the line all the water went down and i am so glad that it didnt cause any big damage to my basement just because they responded so quickly. After the tech was done gave me few tips on how to prevent this from happening in future. Charged me $49.99 + tax for the whole job.

Overall an excellent company. I have been using $49.99 sewer service for 4 years now and i feel i must write about my experience i have had with this company so far.

Well to start with $49.99 sewer service responds quickly like within an hour for my emergency back up. Only plumbing company that responds 24/7 atleast whenever i have called them. I think their biggest assets are their low price, skillful and "neat"(important for me) technicians, fast service and polite customer service. I highly recommend them to everyone. By the way they also have coupons on their website for extra savings.

Only company that was able to get the job done. I am very grateful for $49.99 Sewer Service for solving this long time problem of sewer line that kept backing up into the basement. I called several companies and everyone tried but nobody could unclog it. I even tried those expensive companies which drained my vaulet but still couldnt do it. $49.99's guy came and i was amazed that he cleared the line in max 20 minutes. I got the warranty on work and best of all i paid $49.99 plus tax for the whole job. $49.99 sewer service is my permanent contractor from now on. I was very happy with the service and their price is amazing. You can feel very confident calling them for a sewer and drain problem.

Best service- very professional technicians. I am so pleased i called these people. Had a very bad sewer backup in my basement. Called them around 9 pm and their tech was at my house within an hour. Very professional and courteous, his name was Rod. He snaked the line out as they say it and all the water went down. Charged me only $49.99 plus tax. He even cleaned the area once he was done. I would recommend them to everyone.

$49.99 Sewer Service. In 2008 my sewage got backed up because of root problems and I called a plumbing company. The plumber snaked the main sewage line from outside vent in front of my house and it worked for almost 18 months.

I had this problem again and decided to call $49.99 service. This is a scam. They don’t do snaking as advertised and try to find ways to charge customers with different tricks. The plumber told me that his price would be about $450.00 and he can only do it from the crawl space because snaking from outside would not be covered under normal guarantee of 30 days. When I told him that is fine just do it from outside, as I had told the dispatcher and was the very purpose of plumbers visit, he refused to do it. His logic was that he don’t see any back up despite turning on the water and flushing the toilets. In the end I was billed $30.00 for the visit because I didn’t buy the service for $450.00.

Now, I didn’t cancel anything. The plumber wouldn’t do what he came to do and instead of snaking the sewage line and billing me for $49.99 billed me $30.00 because I was not willing to pay $450.00.

I did end up paying $30.00 for nothing, called the Company who did it last time. The guy was done in about 30 minutes for a fixed fee (a lot less than $450.00 but more than $49.99) without any drama and arm twisting. Please don’t be fooled with $49.99 slogan and beware that the actual charge will be much more and possibly you will be scammed in to paying for a service you don’t need and probably didn’t get.

On time quality sewer service and experienced mechanics. I have had several sewer cleaning come and clean my clogged sewer line in last 2 years. None of them performed according to my satisfaction and specially for this much of a low price. Their mechanic not only cleared the main sewer line properly but also cleaned up all the mess which was caused by the backup in line. I was very happy with his nice attitude and professionalism.

Super sewer cleaning service for just $49.99. Had a really bad backup in sewer line on wednesday night. Called them at midnight and surprisingly their technician came within 25 minutes. He unclogged the main sewer line out to city and charged me just $49.99. I will recommend them to all my relatives and friends.
