The Scene
It's worth visiting this modern-day food automat for the amusement alone. Pumping with high-powered dance music and a hot-pink "Hello Kitty" color scheme, the compact space is standing-room only. All walks of life are drawn to the electric eatery, from post-bar snackers to kids in strollers.
The Food
A wall of coin-operated machines spews out hot, fresh food for downing in a flash. Behind the brightly lit wall of glass-encased food is an actual working kitchen, which whips up classic American snacks with a Japanese twist. Highlights include a tasty Teri-Burger with sweet onions, snatched up in a few bites, warm PB&J and tangy Spam musubi--teriyaki-glazed spam wrapped in nori over rice. Fried mac and cheese looks like a Twinkie, but tastes like the classic cafeteria favorite. Thick, crisp and made-to-order, Yukon Gold fries are must-haves and come with a choice of dipping sauces.

Maybe I was drunk, but just getting the food was fun. First you have get enough change, then you choose what you want. But the portions are so tiny you end up trying everything for fun. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back there again. It was just convenient at the time. If you happen to be near it, stop by.
Pros: lighting, location, the whole process of getting food from a vending machine
Cons: no place to sit, but that is the point

I read the reviews here and thought I had to check it out. Even though everyone had said it, I didn't realize how tiny it was until I got there. There's not much room to stand, but the neon decor is really cute. The food in the vending machines look pretty old, and there wasn't much left. So, my boyfriend and I order two burgers and a large cone of fries from the counter. The burgers were tiny and pretty bland tasting, but the fries were really good. They aren't really fries, but more like crispy, seasoned ends. The large order comes with two dipping sauces. We ordered cheddar cheese and marinara sauce and they were pretty bland. All in all, I would only recommend the fries. Its open late, which is good. The guy behind us ordered a snow cone for $2.50 and the cup was huge. They had good flavors to choose from like pink lemonade and passion fruit. The mozzarella sticks were 2.00 for three, so you can decide the value. But I heard that they just recently increased the prices so I'm not sure.
Pros: fries, nostalgic setting, shaved ice, soft serve ice cream, convenience
Cons: food is pretty bland, no standing room, prices are questionable
