Good service is hit or miss.
Food is Olive Garden standard everywhere.
The service for this location is what the review is about.
Its really hit or miss depending on the server you get. I have had good servers and terrible servers at this particular Olive Garden. I have worked in this industry and know what good service is at minimum and it has lacked greatly many times. On the other hand have also had great servers its just your luck when you go so good luck.
Not bad.
The wait staff are friendly, but be sure to ask your waiter to get a second opinion if he/she seems unsure of something..as in the case of when I went - I asked for cream soda...I got choices of orange, pineapple and whatever else..I wanted plain old cream soda...then the waiter asked another waitress who added 2 more flavored choices..apparently cream soda is their house special, not what you may be use to...
The food was tasty, good service overall and although all seats are full, it's not too cramped...
Traditional dishes and all -you-can-eat salad, soup and bread sticks are the draw at this upscale-casual Italian restaurant..
In Short
Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.
Excellent Hot food by friendly servers. The best in town!. This was a fabulous choice for a family gathering. The service was great! Drinks, salad and meal were timely and the food was of course wonderful.
