If you have 3 hours to spare..... Me and my best friend decided to stop by red lobster for dinner this past Sunday. We walked in and were delighted to see that it was half empty, with many booths opened. As we approached the hostess, she told us that there was a 25 minute wait and if we like, we can sit at the bar. We have did just that. 40 minutes later the buzzer went off and we were seated, still confused to why the wait was so long with nearly 4-7 booths opened in our sight. We were seated at a dirty table with NO utensils. The waitress threw down the menus and walked away, we were starving by then and could not wait to order. When waitress came to take our order she was not delighted that we were all set and kept asking us if we needed a minute , altho we specifically said we were ready. After ordering the food we got our salad 15 minutes later still NO UTENSILS TO EAT THEM WITH. !!! There we were more then 45 minutes later sitting with no empty bowl of biscuits, empty cups of water, and no food in sight. May i add that entire time this horrible service took place our waitress was busy texting away few feet away from us. My friend became concerned and went off to find a manager, onces she has done so our food majically arrived within minutes, and service went from F to A +, I guess you need to involve management in order to receive decent service these days. GREAT SERVICE. WHEN THEY FIRST OPENED I PAID THEM A VISIT-WASN'T PLEASED...I DECIDED TO GO BACK-DIDN'T REGRET..SINCE, I'VE BEEN BACK PLENTY OF TIMES AND REALLY ENJOY THE FOOD, FAST SERVICE AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...THE BARTENDER IS GREAT...HEY LOURDES..GREAT PLACE TO DINE OR JUST LOUNG AT THE BAR...THEY REALLY STEPPED THEIR GAME UP...
