Horrible Place. Skip it.. I was here this past Monday night. Waited over an hour and a half for grilled seafood that never arrived. Oh, and the place was empty. The waitress was rude, did not communicate the delay, did not confirm two food alleriges. I finally asked for a manager. She was useless, didn't even come back to tell us what was going on. We ended up walking out. We were so hungry we ended up at Applebees down the street. The manager came over right away and confirmed our food allergies. The wait staff were attentive.

Shame that a good restaurant elsewhere is so horrible in Hackensack.

Rodents. I was having dinner last night with a couple of my girlfriends and as we were eating we notice a couple of rodents with tails running around in the restaurant. I advised the waiter that there were rodents with tails running around and he stated "oh there is?” I asked to speak to the manager. Both managers took 10 mins to come out from the back. One manager who was the cook manager stated unfortunately there was nothing he could do about the rodents with tails. They were exterminating the mall and it has caused all rodents with tails to come into their restaurant. He said they exterminate every Wednesday. He offered us a $10.00 coupon for our inconvenience. They should have just removed the bill or something from the bill at that time. You never have to worry about me eating there ever again. This will be made known to whoever I can think of.

Who is running this place?. Definitely in the mood for seafood, and it was one of the first places we thought of before going to the movies. Firstly, they were confused about where to seat us, which is expected, I think it was a Friday night. Fine. Nobody came over to our table for awhile. We were both thirsty, and the server didn't bring us water for at least 15 minutes. Our food took much longer than expected. The server struggled miserably with answering our important questions and taking the time out to actually understand what we were in the mood to eat. The food DOES NOT taste good. It was not fresh, there was nothing unique, I was afraid to order my entree after the grossly overpriced shrimp appetizer. Even in that aspect, I feel as though the server should have warned us we were only getting 2 pieces of shrimp for 24$. Thanks PAL.
