Best Laser & Customer Service Around. I have been going to Total Laser Center for the past 6 months. Shernay is awesome, she is very resourceful and fun. I wasnt sure whether to get a treatment, been to several places but glad that I end up at TLC. The equipment is brand new, results are impressive, customer service and satisfaction totally extraordinary. I would highly recommend Total Laser Center and Shernay to anyone who is considering a laser treatment.

Wonderful experience...I love it!. I went in to start my treatments a little nervous because I have a very low pain tolerance. The therapist was really nice which made me comfortable. She discussed the process before we started and her great customer service helped me tolerate the slight discomfort that comes with the treatment. I am LOVING the results and will definetly recommed to everyone I know ( and even people I don't know that look like they need it :p ) I took tons of her cards to pass out!!!

knowledgable and GREAT customer service. Before going to Total Laser, I went to another laser center to get treatment and was horribly unsatisfied! I was refered to Total Laser by a friend and was a little skeptical about going because of my previous experience. Shernay was very knowledgable of the process and was very good at relaying the information on to me. I am on my 3rd treatment with her and have been totally satisfied with the results so far!

A total success!. I started my hair removal treatment at Total Laser Center some months ago, and the experience has been a total success. My skin is extremely smooth now, with no recurrence of hair growth, no irritation, nothing! I felt very comfortable being treated by Shernay, she's warm and professional and made me feel at ease, and she really is great with scheduling. I've already recommended Total Laser Center to my friends!

Great place for laser hair removal. I was referred to Total Laser Center by my friend who was a patient in the past. I was really pleased with the service and the professionalism of this place. I was treated by Mrs. Shernay Burks whose treatment and cutomer service were outstanding. She made me feel very comfortable and she was very attentive to all my questions and requests. She is a great professional. The treatment was very useful for me. I struggled with shaving for a long time and the treatment helped me to get rid of hair and left my skin smooth, avoiding any irritation. I highly recommend Total Laser Center.

Professional and Great Results!!. I was referred to Total Laser Center by my primary doctor who actually was a patient. I have to say it is one of the best decisions and investments I've made in my life. It has literally changed my life for the best - I no longer worry about waxing, threading or twizzing - the texture of my skin has also improved tremendously. I can not leave this review without mentioning Mrs. Burks who is just GREAT - she explains everything, makes you feel 100% comfortable and is always professional. I highly recommend Total Laser Center - it will CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

A great way for Better Self-Esteem. I have to say that I do not rate things on the internet, BUT I just had too!!! For the past couple of years I had to deal with unwanted facial hair. Thanks to Total Laser and Mrs. Burks my self-esteem has improved. The service here was very professional and friendly. I am very lucky to have had my unwanted hair removed in such a easy way. I owe my life to this wonderful center for giving me the self-esteem that I knew I could and would have. THANKS

Great Customer Service. AWESOME!!! Its one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had recent problems with having my lip threaded and waxed. I was introduced and experienced the laser hair removal on my lip and I have to say it was awesome. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. I also loved the fact that there was no redness or swelling. I was so impressed. The technician was delightful, pleasant, and courteous. She guided me through the process which made me feel so at ease being that it was my first time. Thank you so much for your great work and your kindness.
