great wacing services. i recently started going here for all of my waxings and am so happy i made the switch! i've been to a few different ladies here but all of them are very sweet, do a fast and pretty painless job and are VERY clean. that was the most important factor to me so i was glad to see they were so aware of that.

Great place!!!. I go to a lot of spas and this one is incredible. They do not have a large waiting area or relaxation room but I felt very relaxed and special (not like in big fabric spas). Spa has unique style, clean and comfortable.

For my birthday my boyfriend booked me for Silver Shine package which include Sauna w/detox mask, body scrub on table shower and a mini facial at Antoinette Boudoir Spa in midtown.

I was seek and used a lot of medication. While I was seating in the sauna, I was curious about their detox services. So I add colonic and foot detox extra for my package. After treatments I felt light, renew and energize. They are doing something right there...every single staff member was warm, inviting, professional and not pushy. My scrub and facial were out of this world. They have a table (they named it Vichy) shower to rinse off scrub treatments. My skin was absolutely smooth and technicians are excellent. Facial was not an ordinary one. First, they do lots of massage on your face, neck, shoulders. It really worked. All in all one of the best spa experiences I have had. The whole experience was divine. Great place, will recommend to every one.

I know what to give for present to my boyfriend on Valentine day, it will be” True Love” couple package at Antoinette Boudoir spa.

1st time and great time. Everyone is different. Depending on what you have stuck to your colon and how unhealthy you are, they give you an apprx time that your session will be. My first time was last week and I had a few things come out. Today was my second and Clara(colon therapist) said since the last time, everything loosened up so there was a lot more stuff coming out of me! I believe in these treatments and already recommended this place to a few people. I don't know about the appts or anything cuz I had called today to reschedule for later and they gave me no such attitude. She made me feel very comfortable and is great to talk to during the therapy. No place can ever be that clean but I feel good as long as it seems clean to me, I'm not disgusted at all. I also love that it doesn't have that all white, hospital feel to it, it has it's own decor hence the name, nastalgia... I'm looking forward to my third colonic hydrotherapy session. I also don't feel they're thieves cuz I'm sure places love to sell their products and services but she straight out told me that I only needed three sessions, no more. She could have easily told me I needed a lot more. I'll write more when I get the foot detox and ear candling done there

They were OK. After researching about colonic I decieded to get my 1st colonic here. The receptionist looked like she could use a massage and colonic herself.my massage theraphist was very very nice she stayed with me the whole time and made me feel very comfortable.but the decor is just hidious and scary looking. The bathrm was the worst! I wouldn't recomment this spa to a friend.

Great Couples Massage!. My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage last weekend, and it was wonderful!! The therapists were very nice, the massgae was done excellent, and the music was very tranquil. I never came to the spa before, but after the wonderful massage we had, I highly recommend it for anyone!!

Disappointment!. My boyfriend and I came to Antoinette to celebrate Valentine's Day. My boyfriend is a massage therapist and has been to a couple of spa's but this was my first time at a spa. I was very disappointed as soon as we went into a fridge size sauna. After the sauna we received our massage. A warning for those who might consider this place for a massage...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! We were not introduce to the therapist and for an hour we just had our skin oiled (barely for my boyfriend) and very unprofessional therapists; one was wearing jewelry and the other clacking her shoes with every step she took. And on top of this they started to whisper to each other...which made this experience very unpleasant. Sorry for this review but $300 down the drain is extremely upsetting!!

management response To jeanette002 also goes by the nickname thea04 and the nickname vital01. As you can see from the Nicknames above , there is an angry spamer reviewer that is over posting and falsly reviewing our Spa (both of our sites on citysearch) . She called to cancell her confirmed and prepaid appointment a couple of hours before her scheduled allocated time. Unfortunaltely the therapist had already prepared the room and refused to service others that called to book for that specific allocated time. We at Antoinette Boudoir Spa strive to be the best Spa and best Spa experience . The therapists are highly professional and the preparation is extensive and unique for everone's needs. We also have a strict policy of excellence we adhere to, and therefore cancelations require a 24 hour notice, ( even an evening before is fine for cancelations, not 2 hours prior). jeanette002 called 2 hours prior to cancell an already confirmed appointment .Unfortuantely jeanette002 also goes by the nickname thea04 and the nickname vital01.

We are nice, friendly, prompt , polite and above all professional.

nasty management. Claudia who did my colonic was great. She made me feel very comfortable. As for their customer service and management I would say they score a big fat zero. They are nice and quick to offer you discounts so you can purchase packages in advance. But, when it is time for appointments and cancellations they give you a very hard time. I was planning on going back for regular colonics and other spa treatment but because of nasty management and bad customer service I am forced to go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service.... They do not respect appointments. I went there for a colonic. It took over 30 minutes pass my appointment time before I was seen. The person performing the colonic was professional. The bathroom appears to be sanitary but in reality is not. The duration of the colonic was shorter than advertised. It?s difficult to communicate with management. They are so quick to convince you to purchase additional services, but are extremely difficult when it comes to cancellations and rescheduling. They do not value their customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone because it is all about the money for them not about the customers.

horrible customer service.... I went there for a colonic. The lady that performed it was wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable. But the session was shorter than expected. She suggested that I come back for a couple of more colonics. Taking her advice I paid for 3 sessions and purchased some of their products. The day before my second session I had my period. I?m one of those women whose period is irregular and when on my period I get really bad cramps. Anyway, I called them to reschedule but no one was there. I left a message and no one bothered to return my call. I continued to call and finally I got in touch with the receptionist. I was told that I had to show up regardless; otherwise I would lose my money. I tried to reason with management but I was told it?s ?not their problem?. I asked them to refund the rest of my money for my other sessions. I was told they do not give refunds. These people are thieves and do not care about their customers. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
