I like this store because there are so many different products here for massage. They know so much about all their products and offered suggestions to match my needs. The fact I could go in and actually look at the tables and try them out helped a lot in my decision. Much better than ordering from outside NY since the customer support is local.

I bought a massage table from Kala. I think this is the only massage equipment store in NYC, there, I could see and touch the table. And the sales person is very friendly and knowledgeable. I got that table right away, and saved money on shipping by taking it home with me. Kala also has own warranty system that if there is anything happen to the table, I can get the replacement while my table to be fixed(Table itself has a lifetime waranty). So I'm really satisfied with Kala. Highly Recommended!
