New York's Best Pilates Studio. The instructors are the best, a wonderful environment and a beautiful studio.

Best Pilates Studio in NY. I have been going to True Pilates East for over a year and it has changed my body. I look better, feel better, and I've been able to say good by to my chiropractor. I would definitely recommend this place.

Best Pilates studio ever. I just moved to NY and have been doing Pilates for years and this place was awesome. The place was huge and so beautiful I wouldn't mind living there. I could tell my instructor really knew his stuff and was able to work around my injury. I am just thrilled to have found this place and I even spotted a couple of celebrities being trained when I was there.
