best cupcakes ever!. Crumbs has the best cupcakes! I've stood in line for over thirty minutes for 4 cupcakes and it was totally worth it. Try to go early on holidays otherwise the line is usually short.

Delicious. I've been to this Crumbs location over and over again, and simply love it. My favorite are the buttercream cupcakes especially the lemon flavor. I just wish this location was alittle bigger and open on weekends but the delicious sweets make up for it all.

Darn good cupcakes. I've never pre-ordered from there personally, but my company has with good results. I frequented Crumbs after work and was always very happy with the quality of cupcakes I got. The cake is very light, the icing plentiful but very tasty as well. The only downside is that if you go in the evening on a Friday they may not have as wide a variety as they should. They don't make more cupcakes because of potential spoilage even if they aren't closing for another three hours.

Worst experience. I had the worst experience at this Crumbs location. I pre-ordered 3 days of cupcakes. The first two days, the cupcakes were packaged and ready for me to pick up, taking less then 2 minutes to pick up. However, the last day was a completely different experience. When I arrived the employees had no idea what I was talking about, saying that the cupcakes were never ordered (even though the credit card was already charged for the cupcakes). They made no attempt to make the cupcakes and deliver them at a later time. They were completely rude about the whole situation. I will never visit this Crumbs location (or any other Crumbs location) again.

BEST CUPCAKES IN NYC - BY FAR. This place sent my kids into overdrive!! They were amazed at the selection of cupcakes...something like 25 different kinds...wow!! We purchased a 6pk (love it) and tried each others ... within 5 minutes, all the cupcakes were gone. We loved the Hostess, the Caramel Apple, the Oreo and the Snowball. If we had bought more, they would have been devoured within minutes. Next time we are back in the city, we made a promise to check out all 4 Crumbs locations...i heard the new downtown store is the flagship, so thats out first stop.

Best Cupcake Bakery. Crumbs is great, they have locations all over the city and I looooovveee thier cupcakes. Not only do they taste good but the thing that is so great about them is that they have all these amazing flavors that you would never think of. Reeses, Oreo, Red Velvet...and my fav, Pumpkin!! (seasonal of course) But go try that one now before the season is over!! They even do pretty custom cakes and have them finished in 24 hours. Great place!
