STAY AWAY

I do not write reviews, but I thought I should warn consumers about this locksmith. I had an appointment to install a new cylinder in my door on a Saturday morning. After taking my entire door apart, he tells me that the metal latch (that attaches into the bolt) was too short, and he tried to sell me a new, crappy cylinder for $40. (I bought mine in the hardware store for $15). When I said I wouldn't pay him $40 for it, he got steamed and angry, complaining that he needed to make a living. As a single female, I got scared by his anger and was not happy that we were alone in my apartment. He then got so angry that he stormed out, and left my door with a gaping hole in it, so bad that I had to have my neighbor watch my door so I could run to the hardware store, and then needed to call an emergency locksmith and spent my day in the house waiting for him. Do not waste your time or put yourself in this situation. STAY AWAY
