My fiance contacted leigh in early March to see if it would be possible for him to reproduce a ring I had seen a month earlier on his site that had since been sold. Leigh said he had the mold and it would not be a problem. Two weeks after the initial email we recieved a note that said he had found two diamonds that might work, and he would let us know. Two weeks and numerous emails later he informed us that one of the diamonds had worked and would send pictures. We did not recieve the picture until a week later. At that time my fiance told Leigh to go ahead and finish the ring, selected the sidestones, and gave him my size. We did not hear from him for another two weeks (notice the pattern?) at which point he told us the ring would be ready by the end of the week. Two emails and two phone calls later (the first phone call was never returned, neither were the emails) and a week after my ring was supposed to have been finished, we were informed that it would be an additional week and a half. We have already selected another ring and will be proceeding with a different jeweler. I had such high hopes after seeing Leigh's work and reading the reviews about him here, but all we have recieved is terrible customer service, and being strung along just enough to keep us wanting to try.
Pros: Jewelery appears beautiful on the web site
Cons: Terrible customer service, no communication, no ability to recieve product in a reasonable amount of time.

got my engagement ring from leigh nacht and its more beautiful than i ever expected. get tons of compliments ! leigh seemed very honest and straight forward , absolutely NO salespressure. and the prices were just right.
Pros: beautiful, unique, delicate, good deal
Cons: leigh can be a bit forgetful if you dont follow up
