Rude&pretentious. They believe they are upscale&the products are comparable to what one can find downtown. That being said, they just are NOT nice. If one does not look like a member of the fashion elite...they may ignore you or become huffy when you ask seemingly normal questions.

It's Black Owned, I'm Black&I have had better service at Urban. I didn't expect more service, I just wasn't prepared for less.
