Nightmare

Yes, seemed lovely at first... But staff's got attitude, and any requests are humored but ignored. No matter that, what's worse, management stiffed me of 2 months membership -- after going ahead and canceling my membership, they did not honor prior approved freeze; neither letting me use the service I paid for nor refunding me. Where in their policy does it say 2 months can be forfeited? I fulfilled the criteria of moving beyond 25 miles. They did not refund me anything until months after having canceled my account and only because (then, finally back in town) I showed up in person to demand it, and then only partial. Ignoring any communication attempts, no effort to resolve matter, completely blowing off the customer. Truly despicable. Really disappointing. I see by a prior review someone else got screwed when trying to cancel as well. Whaddya know.

the gym has great hoursits open so you can go before or after work or even in the middle of the day during a break. It’s a really convenient gym at a good price. Very much worth the money.

I love Club H, state of the art equipment. clean. not crowded. I had no problems managing my membership with them they made it so easy.
