Follow-up on RUINED White Couch

As promised, here is my follow up:

DON'T USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!

The manager told us they would have someone at our place on Wednesday between 8 and 10 to assess the damage and try to repair the couch (probably because they already charged my credit card $650). The service guy called at 10:30, informing me that his van broke down and that he would come some time later in the day.

I called the manager to ask him what was the problem? He told me ^&%$ happens. Not the answer I was looking for. We have hired another company and we are sending these guys the bill.

flat rate carpet clean mattresses - don't do it!!!!!!!

They also claim to clean mattresses, I recently got my mattress cleaned by them and I can say truly they suck. Don't believe the advertisement or what they tell you. In the advertisment it says they use organic products and that it will make your mattress even heathier than when you purchased it. Soooo.....not true. The technician tells you it will take 3-4 hours for your mattress to dry. Once again....soooo....not true. When you call to complain that your mattress is still wet after 4 hours, they will tell you over the phone (after the fact of course) that it could take 48 hours. Not only that, the smell from the chemicals they use is not organic...the chemical smell is horrible and it will irritate your skin. The technician will tell you call the office if there are any problems. I can tell you customer satisfaction is not guaranted and I can tell you first hand that if you get your mattress cleaned by them you will sooo...regret it.They are sooo....nice at first but then when you call to complain that you are no way satisifed they are sooo....not nice.

Bad job, worse service

Found them on the web. Checked BBB and there were no complaints so contacted them. Got an email saying they tried to call me but got no answer. My phone shows missed calls and there were none but I decided to get an estimate. Came and gave me an estimate for deep cleaning carpets and furniture, scotch guarding and carpet repair. I said I wanted to think about it . They then called me with a cheaper price. The guy showed up when he was supposed to and said the price only included scotch guarding for furniture. Charged me another $100 for carpets. When everything dried, I saw that not only were spots still there but there were new ones (water stains?) I made an appointment for a redo. They called me on the day of the redo to say they weren't coming. I got angry and they finally agreed to come at 5pm. The guy came but said he wasn't going to do the redo, just check the work. He made another appointment for me for a week later. I called twice the day of the new appointment to confirm and find out the time. Both times they said they would call me back in 5 minutes and didn't. The third time I called, they told me they weren't coming. I told them I was contacting the BBB and my credit card company. While I was talking to my credit card company, they called and said they were coming. I told them to forget it but they insisted. They came and did a decent job. The next day they called me back and left a message to call. When I did, they asked me if I was satisfied. I told them there was one area they missed and they said they wanted me to be happy and made an appointment for today. They called me today to say they weren't coming on account of weather. The weather is great today. i don't know what they are talking about and I've had it with them.
