Don't Expect On Time Delivery

I have been stranded three times with their return delivery service. There have been a number of problems in receiving my rugs after cleaning: "We have two appointment systems and you were in the wrong one", the traffic is too heavy to deliver, our driver had a personal emergency. They do not call if they are running late and do not honor their own set times. I would not use them again.

When I called Flate Rate Carpet they were there within the hour. They were happy to tell me they could get the stains out of my chairs, take my money and leave with the furniture. I was told it would take 10-14 days. Three months later I couldn't get anyone to call me back. I called about 5 different numbers a day and either there was no answer or someone would call me back. I finally scheduled a delivery date for my chairs and nobody ever showed up or called. It took me two days to get someone to call me back to reschedule delivery and they told me that the chairs have lighter spots where the stains were. I still haven't seen them yet.

Awful attitide and disgraceful customer service

The man who came to my apt had no respect for doorman buildings. He was in a huge rush and was aggravated by the rules and questions of the building. I am so embarrassed with the disgusting attitude he gave to my doorman. When I heard what was going on, I called the main number immediately and they did nothing about the situation. The man ended up leaving and I was left stranded with a dirty carpet! Do not use this company if your building has ANY protocol.
