Party mess cleaned up.. We hosted a party over a week ago and not surprising there were some food stains left. The spots were too numerous for us to clean it all so we hired Flat Rate to do the job.

Let me tell you, I highly recommend them. They work very hard and they do quality work. I will definitely use them again.

Great upholstery cleaning.. I love my leather couch but I'm afraid of cleaning my couch with anything to strong. I don't want to ruin the color or finish. So I have the guys at flat rate clean my large couch about once a year. They are so easy to work with and they do such a great job.

Love, love, LOVE!. I had a massive flood in my home and my rugs were destroyed. I was devastated, and while the rugs weren't the top of my priorities, I did want to get them fixed. Six months later, things have finally settled down and I called Flat Rate to come try and restore the rug. They were amazing - professional, timely, and friendly, not to mention the outstanding work they did on my rug. I'm so pleased with their work and can't thank them enough!

Persistent company. I found them on google. I had never heard of them before but i was pressed for time for a rug cleaning so i set an appointment with them right away. The technician came over four hours later gave me a price and cleaned it right away. The next day i noticed that one stain still remained.I called them back and they came the same day to redo the cleaning. After the second time around my carpet looked great. Although it took a few times to clean my rug i was happy that they were persistent.

Very Pleased. First time I hired them and they did a terrific job - cleaned a sofa, loveseat, the carpeting in the whole apartment and an old, but cherished rug. Very good price, did good work - got a few stains out of the carpet, too. Best prices I've had for this kind of work.

Fresh and Clean & Chemical Free. Finally a company that guarantee's green products! I am relieved that I can now have my carpets freshened up without them smelling like toxic chemicals. The technician did an amazing job on my sofa too.

Friendly expedited service!. After the recent hurricane Irene, my basement had been flooded and there was this horrible smell wafting up the stairwell into my house. I called them and they scheduled me an appointment for the same day. They came and did a complete water damage restoration on my basement. Including water extraction, dehumidifiers and blowers, along with deodorizing and disinfecting and mold/mildew treatments. three technicians slaved away at restoring my basement for four hours. They did an amazing job and I can rest at ease now that I know that my family is safe from the dangers of black mold and now that the awful smell is gone!

Local and dependable. I just moved to the neighborhood and wanted the carpets cleaned in the house so that we would start out completely fresh. My neighbor suggested I call flat rate a trusted local service provider and hire them for the work. I was a little skeptic at first but agreed on having a technician come for a free consultation. I was happy that he came prepared to do the work and took the time to show me all the different cleaning methods he had. I decided to hire him and he did a great job. My wife came home to a lovely fresh smelling house and the money was well worth the smile it put on her face.
