when i did my search for capet cleaning company i have found 3 allbtite, however, all 3 are different. i had my apartment cleaned by Allbright nyc and not ALLBRITE in brooklyn and i was very happy. most people mistakem for the name.... they are bonded and insured and the office manager (male) was very sweet and informative. i was happy... thnak you guys

Do not use. I contracted them to show up for 3 hrs of house cleaning on the upper east side and they show up with a bill trying to overcharge by $10 an hour more than what we had been quoted the day before when we made the arrangements. They also showed up 40 minutes late and blamed it on traffic. I sent them away and am filing a formal complaint today with the appropriate agencies. Hope this helps.
