What Happened ??. Where have all the cool shops disappeared to?

. I browsed around for a good 20 minutes but to be honest this kind of place seems more like someplace my mom might shop. Its all very tennis bracelet and mom jeans. How did everything in the village get to be so GENERIC??? What happened here?

Not happy with their jewelry. I purchased a silver bracelet (not cheap) that came apart after 2 weeks! Very disappointed and sooooo annoyed!

Didn't feel like hearing excuses, so I fixed it at diamond district...

What a beautiful store and jewelry!. I found Phoenix Roze through city search.

The location of the store has moved to 39 8th ave in the west village as well.

Never the less when I finally got there it was very much worth it. The glimmering gold and stones captured my attention immediately.

I wanted everything!

The people that work there were very friendly to me and very much helpful. i even had a chance to meet the designer who was very charming.

I am gonna do all my Christmas shopping there, thats for sure!!!!

GREAT STORE AMAZING JEWELRY. This store is one of the best stores I have ever been to. From the space itself to the delicate jewelry. I was in total awe. Very friendly and polite staff. I want everything in the store. Great place to find gifts for everyone. You wont be the same after visiting Phoenix Roze.

WHAT A GREAT FIND!!!!. I came across phoenix roze by mistake while walking in the west village. I came in to look around and had a great experience. The sales person was so nice to me and answered any question I had. Then I met the designer and really liked his philosophy. Needless to say that I bought something little for myself. The pricing was very good as well.

It was Uncomfortable and awkward. If I go shopping for anything---clothes, jewelry, books, etc.. I think I have a certain expectation to be treated as a customer, not a prospective "date".

Although I may be flattered by the attention, I feel disrespected by the "invitation"

The jewelery here was nothing special, the usual fare one would see in every other shop in the village.

Citysearch is a great way to let other people know what's up in the neighborhood.

So, that's what's up in this unfortunate place, It looks great, it could be great, but sadly..It's not!

Boring Mainstream Jewelery-Dissappointing. When the west village was good, it was good.

Now that the Massive gentrification of the area, I guess it only makes sense that the newer shops like this one would be geared to a suburban shopping mall aesthetic.

I am not a soccer mom so maybe I just don't get it.

I think it's all very common, boring and bland.

Do you like delicate Y-necklaces made of cheap beads? Okay then go for it.

Its a sad little store.

Awesome Jewelry!!. Beautiful handmade pieces, timeless but very much now. Very accommodating sales. I've made two purchases, both were overnighted to me and Guy and Pedro did everything to ensure my packages were received on time as they were gifts. When I opened them I was ecstatic with my purchases and will always come back to Phoenix Roze for that special gift. High quality craftsmanship of course.

Disappointed and Angry. The expensive ring I bought my daughter (she's 26) was 18k with a center stone of green tourmaline.

Well, within 2 days that stone had a crack right thru it and was wobbling out of its setting.

I was told they could fix it, but I would have to pay.

I have never been so infuriated with a store in my life.

"thats our store policy" is not a satisfactory response.

Im done trying to support our small businesses, what a sad lesson to learn.

The BEST place to shop. I am a devoted follower of Phoenix Roze. I have bought many things from the designer.

The pieces are always great, hi quality and always real.

If you ever need anything to buy for yourself or as a gift, go there first. The prices are so reasonable, all the designs are original and hand made by the designer.

I always like to ask his opinion cause he is very honest Guy:) and he has always treated me with respect and kindness.

I am so glad I have found Phoenix Roze. I hope you will as well.
