False advertisemnt and rude staff (well atleast one person). So I haven't been here nor would I want to anyway. They say they offer a complimentary consultation but when I called, okay, first the lady told me "yes" and my call was transferred to another person. I asked again, and some rude woman told me "no, we do NOT" in such a tone as if what I just asked was ridiculous.

Anyway, all I'm saying is if you don't offer complimentary consultations then please DON'T SAY YOU DO.

Umimpressed with the office. Office advertises a free consultation, but it's $300. They are still advertising free consultations. Then they said they will not take others records and must redo all xrays even if they are just a week old. That is dangerous to keep repeating xrays. If one takes her as an orthodontist, then I can understand redoing records. I asked a question was given her assistant who was pushy for money and told me I had to pay for a consultation if I wanted any questions answered.

This doctor should have a kinder office. I was turned off by their greed.

Dr. Stoess-Allen has the personal touch. I have to say I was very nervous wearing braces as an adult, but its the most cost efficient, quickest, way to fix my very crowded teeth, I was not fortunate enough to have my teeth done as a child, this has been a true luxury for me and I am so happy I took the leap and trusted Dr. Stoess-Allen that I was making the best decision for me. My smile is so beautiful and I am so confident.

No More Fear of Braces. As an adult, I always wanted to have the "perfect smile", I came to Dr. Stoess-Allen and she was so honest about my treatment plan, she told me I wasn't a candiate for invisalign, right away I was so happy that she wasn't just selling me something that wasn't going to be a good choice for me. I chose the clear braces which are really nice and they don't stain. I am going to be in treatment for 12 months, SO FAR, SO GOOD. Dr. Stoess-Allen is a true professional and the office staff is extremely friendly and comforting. Its a very relaxing atmosphere

Best Orthodontist in NYC!. I have referred all my friends to Dr. Stoess-Allen, it really is an incredible office, I can't believe how many adults are wearing braces, and they are so clear!!! The Doctor is great and the staff is very friendly.

The Best Orthodontist I ever met!!!!!. When I met Dr. Stoess-Allen I was pleasantly suprised on how much information I was given at my first examination, she was so thorough and explained to me why I was having so much pain in my jaw! (TMJ Pain) I have been to so many doctors because I was having so much pain, No one was able to determine what the cause of my TMJ was. FINALLY, I have all the answers I was looking for. If you have TMJ, Dr. Stoess-Allen is the answer to your problems! She is wondeful, and I am feeling so much better! Thank you

New York City's Best Orthodontist. I just started my second child in treatment with Dr. Stoess-Allen, I have lived in the city my whole life and I have never been to an office in NYC like Park Avenue Orthodontics. Dr. Stoess-Allen is truly one of a kind and has such a nurting way about her. My kids love coming to their orthodontic appointments, the office is very accomodating when it comes to scheduling appointments and they are always available for any questions we may have. We feel right at home in this office and I recommend so many friends of mine to come see Dr. Stoess-Allen

Orthodontics has changed my life. My teeth were so crowded and I had such a deep overbite I can't believe that my 14 months of treatment wearing clear braces made my teeth look perfect. I know how important having a beautiful smile is these days. I can't believe how quick my treatment went. Dr. Stoess-Allen really made every appointment enjoyable and very informative. It was really helpful being able to schedule appointments after work, the office is so accomodating. I really loved all the staff as well.

Best Doctor's office I have ever been to in NYC!. My pediatric dentist referred me to Dr. Stoess-Allen for my 8 year old daughter. I did some research on-line and read such great things about Park Avenue Orthodontics. My daughter had impacted teeth, and we needed to make room for her permanent teeth to come in. I can't say enough, about how professional Dr. Stoess-Allen and her staff are. I was immediately comfortable after hearing my daughter's treatment plan, and I love how the doctor explained everything in detail to myself and my daughter so we understood everything that was going to happen. I couldn't ask for a more nurturing, confident, professional doctor. I feel the office is very accomdating when it comes to scheduling appointments after school, we are very pleased with the customer service. The office is so clean and beautiful, we really enjoy being here.

Best Dental Experience I Have Ever Had. Dr. Stoess-Allen and her staff made me feel at home from the moment I walked into the office. This office has unbelievable customer service, from the beverage menu in the waiting room to convenient after-work appointments .Dr. Stoess-Allen took the time to explain my treatment in detail and answered all of my questions. As an adult considering braces, I was very anxious about how I'd look, but with my new "Ice" brackets, most people don't even know I have braces! Thank You Dr. Stoess-Allen!
