Excellent Sailing Class!. I took their Basic Sailing course over one weekend last summer with a friend and it was great! My instructor (Jonathan, I think) was very thorough and very cool and laid back in just the right way. He clearly knew what he was doing sailing-wise and made the class really fun and entertaining. I just signed up for another course (coastal) for this summer and it reminded me about what an awesome experience we had last summer. The only downside is that they don't rent their boats out without one of their staff on board, but that seems to be the case in this area. Overall, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to learn to sail. A great way to spend the weekend and a great company to do it with!

Awesome Experience. My friends and I had an amazing experience sailing with Atlantic Yachting.

The views of the city were spectacular, the crew was knowledgeable and charming, the boat was luxurious, and the reservation process painless!

What I loved most was sitting on the front of the boat, drinks in hand, taking in the calm breeze on the Hudson. It was one of the best escapes I've ever had.

A Fantastic Experience!!. Now this is the way to see Manhattan; unobstructed from the Hudson River. Our Crew, Mariette and Marcus, are fabulous and catered to our every need. You honestly feel as if you are on your own private yacht. This is a must for tourists and native New Yorkers as well.

A Lovely, Lovely experience. From Amanda who booked our charter to Logan our captain and Scott his crewmate, we experienced outstanding service and a stress-free, relaxing time. We took a 2-hour sunset sail and our only regret was that the time seemed too short. We will definitely go back for a longer sail with Atlantic Yachting. They are the best!

Unbelievable. My boyfriend took me out on a private sail for my birthday last weekend and it was an unbelievable experience.

The city is gorgeous from the water, especially as the sun was setting. We had champagne and hung out on the deck of the boat and just watched the city pass by.

Everything slows down when you're sailing. Its is calm, there are no honking cars, screaming people, or hustle bustle of the city.

The boat was spacious, clean, and probably bigger than any boat I have ever been on. Our captain and crew were really nice and relaxed. They made us feel at home right away and were excellent hosts.

I definitely want to do this again.

Really lovely evening!. Sailed last night with my boyfriend and his friends. Couldn't have been more perfect. The captain / owner Miles, was cool, professional, fun and an all around great time - not too bad on the eyes either. The food and drinks were amazing, the sunset perfect, and the boat beautiful. Definitely one of the most interesting out of the ordinary evenings I've had all summer. Highly recommended for couples and intimate parties.

who knew?!. I charted a boat this summer for a friend's birthday. It was the best 2 hours I've spent in a long time. My friend's couldn't thank me enough for finding it. The staff was super nice and totally non-intrusive. The boat was a good size and well-kept. We brought our own food and drink to save a little money, but honestly the price was well worth it. Exactly what I needed in a city this nuts. Perfect summer activity...highly recommended.

A Fantastic Experience. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with our experience sailing with Atlantic Yachting. Getting engaged on their sail boat was a fantastic experience. The staff (Brooks, Tanya, and Miles) really helped make it even more special. My fiance and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sail.
