New Moms - must try the Mommy & me class!! The studio is small, CLEAN and calm so you can bring your baby and get back in shape. It's only $25 (cheaper than finding a sitter!) Michelle is friendly and knowledgeable and really explains things well to beginners.

What makes Rinaldi Pilates a gem is not only its unique approach to teaching about the body but also the relationship with the mind. This, in turn, has caused me to feel better physically and mentally. The attentive staff ensures that each move is executed correctly and gracefully. I can't imagine a more delightful and practical workout.
