FANTASTIC Experience w/Andrew and Chantell. I worked with Andrew and Chantell, both of whom were absolutely phenomenal. They were EXTREMELY organized and responsive throughout the process, which was very refreshing. More impressively, when a problem arose regarding the calculation of the broker's fee (it was the fault of a 3rd party), they did the honorable thing and reduced the amount of my fee so that it would be what we originally agreed upon. I was blown away by how honorable this was and will 100% work with them if/when I need to find another apartment in the future. Truly exceptional.

simply the best. I admire Daniel's on-the-go attitude. You can never go wrong with him. He knows everything and he would be always ready to help. I never knew finding a new space would be easier with these guys.

Thanks Karen! JOB WELL DONE!. Karen is an excellent agent with excellent skills that went well with her positive attitude. She showed me around patiently. I was originally from TX and of course finding some place I could call home would be difficult for an out of towner but Karen made everything easy for me. This guys are the greatest!

Outstanding Agents. These guys should be commended for their honesty and patience. Along with my son, we've been looking for the best apartment that would fit our needs and these people from City Prime headed by Daniel, offered us what I was exactly looking for. definitely recommend to friends

PROFESSIONALISM IS THE KEY. They were all helpful. They kept in touch for my queries. Hospitality was always present. One thing I like most about CityPrime is that they are always professional when its about their job and they do what they say they are.

found best apartment. they have the best apartments, I found a 2BR in UWS for $2300. they negotiated price and move in date, would recommend again.
