Arctica Bar & Grill is an Arctic themed pub located in the heart of Murray Hill in New York City. Come join us for after work drinks, weekend brunch, lunch, and dinner. The upstairs has eight plasma televisions, two fireplaces, and armchair seating. Arctica boasts some of the friendliest staff and a great and large menu. With the warm weather upon us, the outdoor seating area and cafe is now open!
Downstairs is the dramatically-named "Ice Bar" which offers a pool table, jukebox, and private party room. This great space is perfect for after work events, birthday parties, and private parties. With its glass walls, private bar, and velvet draperies, this sunken iceberg is the best place to hold any event.
Happy Hour runs from 4-8pm Tuesday through Friday and Mondays until 10pm. Live music and open mike night is getting started on Wednesday evenings.

I just attended my friends birthday party in a private room and it was great. The place is actually very nice and appeasing to the eye. Also being on 3rd ave you can literally do a bar crawl if you're going out with your buddies. The drinks were were also fairly priced....so no complaints had a blast.

I recently attended a private party at Arctica. The atmosphere is great, an upscale pub, if there is such a thing. While I had a great time, I was bothered the next day because I lost my wallet. I returned to the bar and was so pleasantly surprised to find it was safely kept. When if was returned to me, all was in tact. I felt like I had the luck of the Irish on my side and my faith in human kindness had been restored. Needless to say, the service is EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you to the staff for your honesty.

Arctica Bar and Grill has amazing food and a range of unique and cassic drinks. In addition, the staff is incredibly attentive and polite. Actica also plays a really good mix of music, a little bit of everything for everyone, something that can make or break a bar in my opinion. I would highly recommend this bar to anyone either living or visiting New York.
