The Company New York Movers was GREAT.

The company New York Movers was great. My move was a small move. These guys quoted me a price which was half of all the others. The representative told me about all the costs involved and my price was actually LOWER than what was quoted!! I was surprised so I tipped well. These guys were quick, efficient, early for the move and good guys. The only thing I can critique them on is that they were a bit rougher with 1 item than I would have liked. Other than that, great move and great price! 866-386-4410.

NO STRESS!!! ...and nothing broken!

NO STRESS!!! ...and nothing broken! It seems like customer service and personal touch have gone by the wayside in today's society. I was very impressed with the way I was treated by Bobby from the time I contacted them for a quote until the moment they delivered my belongings safe and sound. Definitely recommend them!!!

Over that time I worked with Alexander, Nick, Daniel and Nicole. All were most helpful, courteous and professional. I am glad I selected this company. The two guys who wrapped the furniture and loaded the truck did an excellent job. Everything arrived looking like it did when it was picked up. I certainly appreciated the driver, who drove to destination; keeping me up to date on expected arrival time (I think his name was Paula but not sure). Anyway, as I said – New York Movers if First rate!!

It is one thing to have to move your stuff around NYC -it is another when you are trying to move your stuff city to city. I had stuff going from NYC to outside of WDC. New York Movers is first rate! From start to finish - these guys dispelled every negative myth about moving possible. Mike Keener was the first guy I spoke with - and the last. He was with me throughout the two weeks of my move - from the time I contacted to find out who they were and how they did business - to my sending them the inventory and list of my boxes to the pick up to the time they delivered them to Reston just outside of WDC. They don't keep switching agents on you - and this guy Mike was amazing. He answered all - no matter how small - and even thought of ones I had not thought to ask. We handled all of the details and arrangements - online and on the phone. This company is incredibly techno saavy - makes what is usually hard - i.e. moving - all the more easy. And then when you expect NOT to hear from the company - and HOPE everything goes as planned – New York Movers (ie David) called and re-called to make sure I was satisfied with each step of the process and to find out how pick up and pack up. Anyway, as I said – New York Movers if First rate!!
