This business seems to be reliable for those who need a cat-sitter with veterinary experience. (Administering medicines, etc.)

The personality of the business owner made me extremely uncomfortable - very controlling, patronizing.

I was astounded at the negative review of Onallfours. I have used this service for many years and can tell you honestly, Leslie and her crew are the most dedicated, loving, trustworthy and reliable, mature and responsible group. I would not trust my "babies" to anyone but the best, believe me. When I have to go away, my cats actually look and act happier when I get home than when I left! Once I had to be admitted to the hospital and called Leslie from the ER. The cats were taken care of from that phonecall on, and it was such a relief.

Please don't believe any negative feedback about onallfours, they are the best. I'm not one to write in these websites but I was so appalled at the lies in that negative review, I had to respond.

Happy cats. Good deal!

I've been using On All Fours for nearly 2 years now, with no probs. OAF comes to Astoria, works with my schedule, and they even managed to accommodate a last-minute trip.

The first time I used the service, I was going to London for 4 weeks. The sitter came as scheduled, cleaned litter and even worked with my 2 cats' odd diets (the only cats I know that don't like fish, so the fish oil for healthy coats needs to be masked in chicken puree...sigh). Since then, they've helped me on trips from 4 days to 2 weeks.

And I have 1 cat with a leg injury that doesn't allow her to wizz sitting normally...so I have puppy pads lining the walls around the litter box. This is a pain, but not the cat's fault, and OAF even does the arts & crafts necessary to replace the pads as needed. Not a job even I relish!

Of course, I make a point of giving a heads up on any potential trips as soon as I know, leaving a detailed list of contact names/numbers/changes in cat habits, and I have my place clean and organized before I go away, with everything necessary placed in a prominent spot - -so they don't have to dig around or wonder where back-ups or needed supplies are.

OAF keeps in touch via email while I'm gone, and is very insistent that I let them know when I've returned....making sure my 4-footers are back in my care is very important to them (oops...I forgot to call/email upon returning from one trip, and I got a call late that night from a worried sitter)....even my mom doesn't check in as religiously!

All said, a great service. I work with them, they work with me. And my cats? Well fed, well watered, clean litter, and I think a little sad they don't get some of that completely undivided attention from me.
