Joanna's Moving was started by Joanna Hopkinson 24 years ago. Originally from New Zealand, Joanna started in New York City with one truck and her strong arms. From riding horses, sailing and working on sheep farms down under to navigating the ins and outs of relocation, Joanna is a strong, can-do kiwi with a cheerful ?no worries? attitude. She built a reputation based on her knack for helping people and, through personal referrals, Joanna has built her business into a full service moving company with a network of loyal customers. In 1984 Joanna moved her base of operations to the Jersey City/Hoboken area and has quickly become the area's favorite mover.
Joanna still favors the personal touch she brings to customer service. ?I care about my own home?, says Joanna, ?so anything less than a perfect move for yours is unacceptable?.
