I recently decided to treat myself to a special piece of jewelry since it was my birthday. I wanted to find a women's Michael Kors watch to match one I bought for my husband from Giorgeo’s Fine Jewelry a few years back.

I didn't quite see anything in their jewelry case that appealed. I have to admit, I am really particular about watch faces. None of the Michael Kors had what I was looking for. Aaron, my sales agent was really personable and sincere about finding what I wanted. He didn't pressure me or whiddle me for extra money like some retail sales reps do.

I found a fabulous Bulova watch that just spoke to me. It had a perfect face and a steel band that wasn't too shiny with brushed and high polished chrome.

From the beginning of my search, Aaron took my wedding ring and right hand ruby ring to have thoroughly cleaned in their ultrasonic cleaner. Both rings were returned to me, iridescent and sparkling. This is one of the signature services Giorgeo’s Fine Jewelry is known for. I have always felt appreciated for my business, regardless of which Giorgeo’s Fine Jewelry location I shopped at. I will always be a loyal customer as a result.

BEWARE. I went to this jeweler tonight and was disappointed with my entire experience:

Rude, unprofessional, and belittling salespeople.

Waited for 15 minutes with noone approaching me.

After two women tried to sell some jewlery and left without making a deal I overheard the two "sales people" commenting how they almost "got them" by trying to undercut them.

I asked for a cushion cut diamond to view, he shows up with a round cut, I question him and he says "of course that's a round cut"....well that isn't what I asked for.

He tried to pressure me by saying how diamond prices are going to rise in a week....convenient timing?...idk.

After realizing this store was unprofessional I left and the guy there commented on how "I looked like I was stuck between a rock and a hard place"...uh, no guy, I would rather spend my $40K elsewhere.

What do you expect from a jeweler in a MALL.

The Below Review Entitled "Avoid" is Fraudulent & Malicious. This review is a malicious attempt by a local competitor to drive customers away from out honest family-run business. Our clients know that no such thing would ever happen to a patron of Giorgeo's Fine Jewelry. Unfortunately, competing jewelry companies who lack the confidence that Giorgeo's possesses in its product and in its sales force, feel the need to stoop to the level of false and malicious online reviews. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH MY PURCHASE OF OUR DIAMOND ENGAGEMENT RING.

THE QUALITY WAS AS PROMISED AND WAS INDEPENDENTLY APPRAISED FOR ALMOST TWICE WHAT WE SPENT.

I RECCOMEND THEM HIGHLY AND OUR SALESMAN ALAN WAS AN ABSOLUTE GEM.

AVOID!!!. Giorgeo’s is the “Boiler Room” of jewelry stores. The sales people here sell hard, but don’t care about what happens after the sale has been made. Their Selling, as well as Exchange practices are very deceitful. I haven’t mentioned the Refund policy simply because it doesn’t exist.

Guys at Giorgeo’s are persuasive and seem to be very fond of promoting “custom made” jewelry, assuring that they can “make” that beautiful piece of jewelry that you are looking for, even if it is not on their sample display. Unfortunately, not being jewelers themselves, they have a hard time delivering on these promises. In reality, when I came to pick up my order, it turned out that the product which came out of their “factory” was extremely crude and unattractive.

After being repeatedly insulted during numerous attempts to resolve a problem I lost about 50% of my down payment and instead of the other 50%, I received a different piece of jewelry that I didn’t actually plan on purchasing.

If you are planning to spend a sum of money which is significant to you on jewelry, please think twice before doing so here.
