This is a great store! We went to a competitor jewelry in the mall this past weekend to look at a ring for our upcoming engagement . We will not name names because their service was absolutely dreadful!! Anyway…We had a specific budget and a very particular taste. After having read the reviews below, we had a good feeling about Giorgeo’s Fine Jewelry. Aaron was up to the task and brought out everything he thought we'd be interested in, and of course he found just the right thing for us. We got engaged in the store!!!!!! We could not be happier with the entire experience. Thank you Aaron!! We would highly recommend Giorgeo’s Fine Jewelry to anyone shopping in the New Jersey or New York area!

Excellent quality and value and a one-of-a-kind experience. My fiance’ and I visited multiple stores in the diamond district before coming to Giorgeo’s. We had actually almost made our decision but decided to go there before pulling the proverbial trigger, since they came highly recommended from a friend. When we arrived i got that feeling like we stumbled across that hidden gem that everyone that knew anything was familiar with. There were quite a few people in there and at first i was concerned we weren't going to get the attention we were hoping for. Within 10 seconds of getting buzzed in we were welcomed like we were family. They were extremely friendly, very patient but also really helped guide us down the path to find what ended up being an exquisite diamond and setting combo. I ended up getting a higher grade stone for far less than any of the other places and they took the time to figure out a custom setting that was better than we could've hoped for. Aaron, Eddie, Mike and their staff are incredibly genuine and honest people that completely exceeded our expectations and designed a ring that was more than myself of my fiance had ever hoped for. She gets compliments everywhere we go - to the point where it almost gets old! Hey, i guess you have to complain about something, right? Isn't that what these reviews are for? A+++ in my book and i look forward to doing business with them and sending all my friends and family their way!

I bought an engagement ring from Giorgeo’s Fine Jewelry and was apprehensive given the first time dealing with them and a payment to them over $4000. Aaron and this company is simply the very best. The ring they delivered was superbly crafted and breathtaking. It matched the stone specifications very well. They are a true pleasure to work with. I would recommend them without hesitation. I just ordered another ring and I know it will be phenomenal!!

The guy at the counter likes to play Solitaire in his computer A LOT. Interrupt him at your own risk. Worst customer service ever!

My wife recently lost her engagement ring and had a strong preference for using our original jeweler. (We purchased the ring in 2002 when we lived in new york). Our insurer did not give us an option to work with the new york jeweler, so we chose Giorgeo’s based on their reputation. I must say I was very skeptical we could re-create the ring which was what my wife desperately wanted. It was an unusual setting and also in platinum, which had appreciated significantly in price since our original appraisal. Mike, Aaron and Eddie were outstanding. They really listened to her description of the ring and special ordered several settings for her to look at. Once my wife identified the setting, they helped locate a diamond (radiant cut) that most exactly matched the proportions and carat weight of her original diamond. The diamond they ordered even had a higher quality color than the original. While I sometimes feel crowded in Giorgeo’s because of how busy the store is, I think it is an indication that a lot of people prefer to do business with them. We definitely will use them again if needed, but hopefully not to replace any lost jewelry!

Biggest scam, plus unprofessional customer service. Went to Giorgeo's in the newport centre mall in JC to have 2 watches repaired, and was charged $90! Their reasoning was that the parts for these watches were more expensive so I paid it. Less than a week later one of the watches stopped again, I went back, they refused to give me a refund and wanted to charge me another $130 dollars to repair it without being able to tell me what exactly was wrong. I decided to keep the watch and brought it to a watch repairman. Come to find out the battery that Giorgeo's put in was not only the wrong size, but the battery replacement should have only cost $15. Complete underhanded dirtbags.

I purchased my ring from Giorgeo’s and they have an outstanding staff. Always willing to take the time and help go above and beyond in their service. I feel like family when I walk in the door and service like that is hard to find. I would recommend this store to anybody who values quality and people you can trust. Thank you!!!

My wife and I went to a couple other places before Giorgeos. Most places don’t even say hello, much less offer to help you. We came here and were greeted immediately after entering the store, and the salesman Aron was very nice and helpful. We told him a budget and he never gave that whole "this is a bit more than what you're looking for but its much better quality" routine. We bought a gorgeous ring and stayed in our budget. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Giorgeos to anyone who likes great customer service and a kick ass product.

EXCELLENT. I went to Giorgeo’s Fine Jewelry because I was looking to design a custom engagement ring and I heard that they have a good reputation for custom designed jewelry. Not having ever requested a custom piece, I had no idea what it would entail. When I got there, Michael was more than happy to walk me through the whole process and explained the benefits over using one kind of metal or another and what each option would cost me. We worked with the store's jeweler to help me create the exact design I wanted. Now I'm proud to say that me fiancé’ has a one of a kind ring and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend Giorgeo’s Fine Jewelry for their wonderful service and amazing craftsmanship.
