The best groomer!!!!. The lady who works there is super friendly and helpful. This is my most favorite pet boutique that I've encountered anywhere so far...I love it. They have the best selection of toys,coats and beds. It's a little pricey but is worth it for the quality of product and If you have a dog and live in the area, you must check this place out. they have a Russan woman there that gave my poodle the best cut his ever had! ever.....I am very happy to know they are in my neighborhood!!!!

GREAT GROOMER IN THE WEST VILLAGE. My English Cocker Spaniel went there with a full coat in desperate need of a haircut and getting appointments for my dog usually takes two weeks advance notice but I walked in there one weekend and when I found out that they offered grooming services during the week they fit me in right away. The next day to be exact! I didn't know what to expect at all bc I hadn't heard any reviews but I was delightfully surprised. My baby came back to me looking like royalty. The woman who cut him asked me all kinds of questions when I was dropping him off... how I wanted his feet, his coat, his head, ears, etc cut so she could do it exactly to my liking. She listened and repeated everything back to me. I dropped him off at 9am and picked him up at noon and he looked like a new dog. I was SO happy about my experience here that I had to write a review to share. I highly recommend taking your dog here if they need a haircut. The people who work here were so helpful and friendly. They do a wonderful job. Your dog will look like they can compete in the Westminster show when you go to pick them up after this place gets their hands on them!

Apathetic, unknowledgeable staff. Pet owners: don't waste your time here, you can get comparable items in other stores and maybe even get some good tips from folks who are passionate about their pets.

Locals no longer want to shop there -- they used to carry food for the local set and no one would buy it so they stopped stocking it.

Markups are significant (compare against great brands such as Wagwear whose products are made locally and have a storefront not far away).

Oh, and the service? In a pet-loving neighborhood, it's shocking to find such a consistently apathetic and unknowledgeable staff. Generally, only the gentleman smiles and asks if he can help. No one seems to recognize much less remember the name of my dog.

They're moving down the street and adding on grooming services. While this would be a great addition for the locals, I hope for their sake the groomers take more time to get to know their customers (owners and pets).
