“still give the practice 5 stars; it's worth the money for a clean, professional and friendly office.”
Dr.Jacquie's practice have been nothing but professional and are the most experienced Invisalign doctors I interviewed. I met with four Orthodontists before I met Dr. Jacquie, Dr. Chris and Dr. Josh. They were the only ones who promised the perfect smile that I finally have. They are all specialists and extremely passionate about what they do and they can't imagine anyone getting upset if you don't keep up with your part of the bargain.
Nothing Positve Here. This orthodontist has numerous lawsuits pending against her. Multiple complaints, including mine, have also been lodged with the Office of Professional Discipline (settled in MY favor). I started invisalign treatment with her and after eight months switched to another orthodontist. Not only did Dr. Jacquie refuse to refund my money, but she threatened to sue me. What type of business professional threatens unhappy clients? This is an AWFUL practice. And yes, many of the reviews are fake. And yes those that write bad reviews do so at length for a reason and will likely come back and write again so is fresh. It really is THAT bad.
love my smile. Very professional office. I know I couldn’t see Dr. Jacquie every visit and Dr. Chris was great. Very laid back, but extremely intelligent. My teeth are coming along great and I couldn’t be happier.”
good job!!!!. After looking around for an invisalign doctor I found Dr Jacquie, I am very please with the results, still have few more weeks to go and I am looking forward to the finish line.
I had a VERY bad experience...I do not recommend. I usually go by the motto, "If you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything". But since I spent $6000, I feel that I have the right to express my opinion regarding Dr. Jackie's services. I was initially happy with the service I received, in part because I was informed that treatment would continue until I was happy with the results. One of her first statements to me was cheerily, "Let's close those spaces!". However, my initial contentment changed after her office received my final payment. After my final payment, I had an appointment with Dr. Jackie's office to get my final impressions taken. She stated that the results looked fine (I still had spaces), but finally agreed to do the final adjustments and told me that I would be called in 2 weeks to pick up my final Invisalign trays. However, 5 weeks went by and the only response I received when I called was that "She is not ready for you yet". Anyway, I wrote an email indicating my disenchantment with the long wait and also that I had chipped my tooth while eating due to the mis-bite that the incomplete Invisalign treatment left me with. I received a response from Dr. Jackie and she informed me that she would see me soon. A few weeks later, my final trays were ready for me to pick up and she corrected the chipped tooth. When I came back after completing my final Invisalign tray, Dr. Jackie had an attitude with me and told me my treatment was done (with attitude) and then she told me that I would have to get bonding done. Note that throughout the entire Invisalign treatment, bonding was never mentioned. I was very upset that I had paid $6000 and still had spaces, but I still managed to say "Thank You" to Dr. Jackie and she walked out of the room without saying anything to me! To add insult to injury, I had to pay an additional $2000 to my dentist after the Invisalign treatment and still had a misaligned bite. To sum it up, I feel that all courtesy disappeared after my final pmt. was received. Buyer Beware.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jacquie for about a year now. “I have been a patient of Dr. Jacquie for about a year now. I am taken in for my appointments in a timely manner and the staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. I went to 3 other doctors for consultations for Invisalign and they all told me that I wasn’t a candidate for Invisalign, when in fact they were just not qualified to treat a case such as mine with Invisalign. My teeth have changed so much and I love her for it! All the doctors at her practice are so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this orthodontic practice.”
Stay away!.
Seriously, don't go here!
I decided on Dr Jacquie because of her then reputation in invisalign. Agree with other reviewers that it seems her practice expanded before she was ready.
Treatment cost more than other places and I was very surprised that after my free initial consultation I never was given an appt with Dr Jacquie again despite repeated requests. All my appointments were with a variety of assistants (never the same) in their early 20s with no dental school training (Dr. Jacquie confirmed this) who were often clumsy/fumbling in performing standard procedures such as adhering brackets, needing to ask their peers for help. Once, 2 brackets came off (I dont think they were put on correctly, as they kept falling on in the office with the assistant). When I called to make an appointment to put them back on (they fell off the same day as my appointment!), I was told that it was not an urgent request and it took 3 weeks to get an appointment, with yet another incompetent assistant.
The worst was that I expressed concern repeatedly over the course of 5 months!! that my trays were not fitting correctly (my teeth were not going into the grooves and sinking properly into the invisalign trays), asking to see Dr. Jacquie. I was told by the assistants that it was normal to have space and was never given face time with the elusive Dr. Jacquie. When I tried repeatedly to express concern to the very rude receptionist, she told me I was overreacting and not to worry so much. 1 year into my treatment, when it should have been nearly finished according to Dr. Jacquie's estimate, the assistant finally brought Dr. Jacquie in at the end of her session to look at the ill fit between my teeth and the invisalign tray. Dr. Jacquie was visibly angry (to the customer below who mentioned her unleashing her full fury: yes, I back that up; I was surprised at her strong and innapropriate surge of anger) and blamed me for the trays not fitting correctly, which is absolutely false as I had been wearing them according to direction. I finally received an appointment with Dr. Jacquie (weeks later!!) herself this time who told me that due to the fact that the trays were not fitting, I would likely have to do the procedure all over again and that it was my fault.
Total nightmare and waste of money and I'm now in the process of finding an orthodontist who can fix the mess, as I refuse to go anywhere near her office after repeatedly expressing concern, being ignored/told I was exagerrating, and then that indeed there was a major problem with my treatment. I'd really hate to think of others having a similar experience: stay away from this one!! As one consumer shared, don't even go here for a consultation, as Dr. Jacquie can be very charming, but you won't see her again after that!
Real people, get on here and share your experiences, as this is clearly being loaded with fake reviews.
This practice really works with you.
I don't know how other people have had a bad experience in this office. I went there initially for Invisalign and I have to say... I was a really bad patient LOL! I was very excited about getting it at first and then a couple of months in I wasn't wearing the aligners enough and it messed up my whole treatment. SO just to for warn people don't get invisalign if you think for a moment that you wont wear it.
I still really wanted my teeth fixed. When I asked them what else we could do they gave me the choice of taking impressions and doing another round of invsalign or clear braces. Seeing that I didn't wear the first round of invisalign I decided to go with the ceramic brackets. At my age I really didn't want braces, but what else were we going to do. They didn't charge me extra and they were off in a couple of months!
They really try and work with you! My experience was great on all fronts.
Nightmare-Please DO NOT go to Dr. Fulop Goodling!!.
Really the Worst experience-do not go to Dr Fulop-Goodling-a definite NO! I wish I did my due diligence first and read the reviews on Dr Fulop-Goodling. I have never have had a bad experience with any of my doctors until I started my treatment with Dr Fulop Goodling.
Please do not even enter this office for a consultation with Dr Fulop-Goodling! You will be sold on everything and she will NOT deliver. You will never see Dr Fulop-Goodling after the initial visit. They offer you a discount if you pay in full up front, this is Dr Fulop-Goodling’s way to scam you. You have no say in anything after you have paid in full.
Everything was horrible in my treatment, was told I would be able to achieve what I needed by using Invisalign, guess what, Dr Fulop-Goodling was wrong! I had to get braces which I did not want but had no choice because I couldn’t afford to pay another Orthodontist since I had paid in full over $6,000.00 already.
I told Dr Fulop-Goodling I didn’t trust her and wanted to go to another Orthodontist after things kept getting worse and worse and I had to keep going back for broken brackets, broken wires, etc. (which I was told doesn’t happen often-but read other reviews it does) and didn’t even see her at any of these visits! She told me that she would refund me, was so relieved to think my NIGHTMARE was finally over. I was then told by Dr Fulop-Goodling not more than 10 minutes later that she did not say that! She was extremely rude, brash and patronizing!
I am now out the money and stuck with braces on my bottom teeth and not the rest of my trays for the top Invisalign. I have never written a review before on any site, but I felt I was obligated to save others from the Dr Fulop-Goodling.
You can't please everyone...BUT I AM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER. It's disappointing to see that other people have not had the same GREAT experience as I have. But, you know what they say, you can't please everyone!!! I had invisalign for almost 2 years and what a transformation. I didn't see Dr. Jacquie every visit, but I really like her associate Dr. Chris. He's a Harvard grad and extremely bright and caring. Everyone seemed to be on the same page as far as my treatment and I am THRILLED with my results. It took a little longer than expected but well worth the time and money. I highly recommend Dr. Jacquie's practice!!! I talk to her patients in the waiting room and everyone seems to really like it there, so just remember you can't please everyone.
