MODEL FOR TRUSTWORTHY PHARMACY UPPER END CUSTOMERS. Clyde Chemists on Madison (near Whitney) is the model of what a diversified pharmacy should be today. The Pharmacy is run by attentive, knowledgeable Pharmacists (Michael, Gary, Howard) who proactively ensure that patients scripts are not only filled accurately and in a timely manner (same day usually), but proactively monitor patient profiles to ensure no medical mix-ups. Go out of their way to help patients with treatment, both retail and proscriptions. Only critique would be available inventory of certain scripts, but they are working on it.

Pharmacy desk has been blessed by pleasant, customer friendly, well dressed, organized personnel.

"Milly" is a priceless gem. Classy "dame". Manager of store Marisol is superb! Always on her toes, keeps everything running smoothly.

Clyde's is a diversified Pharmacy and their Beauty Care Department is like a candy store. Largest assortment of men's and women's cosmetics and OTC products on the UES. Very customer oriented as well.

Always respond to feedback constructively, maturely and in a timely manner.
