I used Event Ergonomics for my holiday party and was very disappointed in the amount of food that was served to my guests despite assurances there would be plenty. Since the party, I have come to learn they have trouble paying their vendors and rent which may explain the cost cutting at my event. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
