Fabulous Haircut. Recently I had a wonderful experience having my hair styled by Pinney at Extravaganza. The haircut I received was easy to style at home and looked great, so I have recommended Extravaganza to both my friends and my family. The stylist had a great personality and the decor was comfortable and relaxing for me, therefore Pinney and Extravaganza receive my highest recommendation.

Best lytes and haircuts in the tristate area - no kidding. What a pleasure to go to an immaculately clean, trendy, yet 'down to earth' salon on the upper eastside where creativity abounds! Peter and his two associated is unbelievably talented. The color,cut and blowdry I got were truly extraordinary. The last time I received such individualized attention and had my hair done so beautifully was when I first colored it years ao at the L'oreal salon in Paris. I would refer all of my friends and any of my family without hesitation. My only hope is that this relatively young salon doesn't get so busy that I won't be able to get an appointment.

Feels Like Home. This is a fantastic place. I have been going to Peter since he was at Amour de Hair and was thrilled when he left to open his own salon. The place is warm and comfortable and Peter is one of the most accomodating people I know. Besides a great atmoshpere, Extravaganza offers fantastic haircuts. Peter's skills cover a diverse clientele and I am a true testament: after going to Peter for about a year, I brought my dad, who was unhappy with his stylist. Not only has my dad become a regular, but so have my mom and my three sisters ranging in age from 12 to 21!

Go to Extravaganze, you won't regret it.

GREATEST HAIR STYLIST !. Walking into Extravaganza hair salon was the best thing that ever happend to me. Peter iss thee best hair stylist in the world. He gave me the attention that i wanted and made me feel like i was at home. The workers there are warm, friendly, & comforting. Coffe, Tea, Wine, Water etc Exravaganza will get it for you.

Peterr is veryy talented and hell get u satasfied with what u want with ur hair. I greatly recomend women and men to go to Extravaganza hair salon and experience pleasure. Peter is thee bestt i love him!!

Best Hair Stylist & Colorist. I followed Judith to Extravaganza from another salon. She seems to be flourishing in this new environment, where Peter gives her more freedom to be creative and she is relaxed and happy. My super-curly hair requires a good cut from a stylist who is skilled and can visualize the aftereffect of the scissors. After years of too-short scalpings, I finally feel that my hair is flattering and pretty. I've had fun experimenting with color too, something I would never do before I met Judith. We've settled on a soft shade that enhances my natural color, with stops along the way for real changes to my look. I no longer feel anxious going into the salon or upset and disappointed coming out. In addition to working on my hair in the best possible way, Judy has become a friend, and I always feel welcome and comfortable in the salon. I encourage anyone who is looking for a professional, stylish and polished cut and color to see Judith.

Most talented hairdresser. Peter was the first hairdresser who was able to change my dark brown hair to a beautiful natural blond. He is great and I recomend him to all of my friends.

great find!. I am thrilled to have found Peter's salon Extravaganza. Peter excels at both color and cut. The proof being the amount of compliments I have gotten on my hair. His salon is run very efficiently, is very friendly, casual and clean. And I look forward to Sonia washing my hair!

The best Salon in NYC. Peter is the best! His hair cuts are outstanding, the best in NYC and I always get complements on my hair when I go to him. His shop is so clean and Sonia who washes my hair is so sweet. I have lived here all of my life and have not had a better cut in over 30 years. I highly recomend peter to everyone looking for a great salon in NYC.

Peter is the best of the best.. I've been going to Peter for almost three years now. He took me from black hair (a complete accident) to a very beautiful red. People are usually shocked when they find out I'm not a natural redhead. I have long hair and he has kept it very healthy for me through all of the dye jobs. I've always loved my haircuts, and he is a master with the blow-dryer. He is nothing short of magic. I highly recommend him.

Flexible, reliable and great results!. After trying tons of salons I've been sticking with Peter for the past 3 years. He has a great sense of style - always knows how to update my look. My favorite part about going to Peter is that he is a genuine, honest, flexible person. He listens to what I am looking for in my style and he somehow always gets me that look! He took my husband from a shaggy guy to a handsome man! He never tries to push me into buying any products or get any unnesesary treatments. I'm already looking forward to my next haircut! I defintely recommend going there - men too!
