He arrived lpromptly and make the repairs as requested in a timely manner. However, I paid cash instead of using the credit card I had originally listed with them. I received a call from them yesterday saying the credit card would be charged.

I had a number of small repairs and installations to be done in my apartment. I did my research and was finding it hard to find one company to do everything. I found one company to put in my ceiling fan, but they would not repair the cracks in my wall. When I found Spotless I was delighted to find that they could do everything I needed and they came the very next day! They did an excellent and professional job. I can unequivocally recommend them.

We hired Spotless Services to clean our apartment. After our cleaning woman left, we noticed money and jewelry were missing. A police report was filed. A certified letter was sent to Spotless Services requesting information on their insurance carrier so we could file a claim. They never responded. From the Spotless Services website: "WE GUARANTEE YOUR SATISFACTION! All of our workers are bonded, insured and speak English." Beware! Employee theft is one thing. A company that defies its own advertising is another thing entirely. We do not recommend Spotless Services at all.
