I will not use this service again.

first the price is higher than others. I didn't have time to research before my reservation, so I just booked with limores.

the service seems pretty ok until I arrived at the destination. but after, it turned out very bad. when I make a reservation, the cost that I was told was total of $100 including EVERYTHING (I double checked!). the driver asked me total of $126. 98. I told him it's different from what I was told. I called limores to see why it's different. but then driver said I didn't have to pay the state tax($10.38), so he removed it from the bill (even before he talked to the company!. why did he charge it earlier then?). he pushed me to sign. he said 'just sign here' he wanted to leave!

after removing the state tax, it was still $116.90. but I was very tried and didn't want to fight any longer, so I just signed. and I gave him $10 tip. (I didn't want to tip him since he was very push and rude, but I did anyway.)

after he left, I noticed he charged 20% tip himself! I should have found out before I signed it, but I missed it. I was very upset.

I called limores to fix it. I told them I didn't want to pay 20% tip. the person on the phone said he would disregard the tip amount from the total. I couldn't trust their service, so I asked him to send me a written confirmation. he refused saying there is no way. so I trusted him.

One week later, I called limores again. Of course it was NOT fixed. I KNEW IT! I got the same answer it would be fixed. I'm so frustrated.
