Great Haircuts and conversation!. I have been getting my hair cut by Val for about 10 years. Not only is she fantastic at her job but she is a very special person. She goes above and beyond with every cut. Val has come up with different hair sytyles for me over time and each one is better then the next. The place Val works at now is not the most well kept place I've ever been in but Val makes you feel at home the minute you sit in her chair. I highly recommend visiting Val for a hair cut experience you will really enjoy. Val is the best hair stylist in NYC!

Greatest hair cut. I've been cutting my hair with Val for some time and can say that I've finally found a hair professional that is really attentive and very thorough in her trade. Val will do exactly what the customer asks with superb skill and attention to detail. The hair style stays beautiful for many weeks after the cut, keeping its good appearance and neatness. Val is definitely one of the best in town, it's worth coming all the way from New Jersey like I do just to cut my hair with her. I highly recommend her to anyone.

They take care of you. The space isn't fancy, but I've been having Val cut my hair for over 5 years now. She's very accomodating with my hectic schedule, and always takes the time to do the 'ancillary' parts like brows and side burns well. And of course, my hair looks fantastic! The hot towel to finish it off really brightens my day too.
